Claims (6)
- エンジンを備える建設機械における当該エンジンの排気ガスを処理するための排気処理装置であって、
前記エンジンの上方に位置するとともに、前記エンジンの排気ガスが通過する排気処理部と、
前記排気ガスを還元可能な還元剤を収容する還元剤タンクと、
前記排気処理部に取り付けられるとともに、前記還元剤タンクが収容する前記還元剤を前記排気処理部内に供給する還元剤供給部と、
冷却水が通過するとともに、当該冷却水と前記還元剤供給部との間で熱交換を行わせることで前記還元剤供給部を冷却する冷却部と、
前記冷却部に供給する前記冷却水を収容する冷却水収容部と、
前記冷却部の一端と前記冷却水収容部とを接続する第1接続配管と、
前記冷却部の他端と前記冷却水収容部とを接続する第2接続配管と、
前記エンジンによって駆動され、前記冷却水収容部が収容する前記冷却水が前記冷却部に対して当該冷却部の一端または他端のうち一方側から流入するとともに他方側から流出するように、前記第1接続配管および前記第2接続配管を通じて前記冷却水を循環させる循環装置と、を備え、
前記第1接続配管および前記第2接続配管は、前記冷却部よりも下方に位置する前記冷却水収容部と接続され、
前記第1接続配管は、前記冷却部の一端に接続される接続部と、前記第1接続配管のうち最も上方に位置するとともに前記冷却部よりも上方に位置する頂部と、前記接続部と前記頂部との間に位置するとともに前記エンジンの停止時に前記冷却部において前記冷却水が沸騰した場合に当該冷却部に冷却水を供給することが可能な供給部と、を有する、排気処理装置。 - 前記還元剤供給部は、前記還元剤タンクが収容する前記還元剤を前記排気処理部内に供給する還元剤インジェクタと、当該還元剤インジェクタを保持するケーシングと、を有し、
前記冷却部は、前記ケーシングの内部に形成された冷却水通路により構成される、請求項1に記載の排気処理装置。 - 前記供給部は、冷却水貯留部を有しており、
前記冷却水貯留部は、前記第1接続配管のうち当該冷却水貯留部以外の部位に比して内部断面積が大きい、請求項1または2に記載の排気処理装置。 - 前記供給部は、螺旋状に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の排気処理装置。
- 前記第1接続配管が接続される前記冷却部の一端は、当該冷却部のうち最も上方に位置する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気処理装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の排気処理装置と、
前記エンジンと、を備える建設機械であって、
前記エンジンは、冷却水供給路を有しており、
前記排気処理装置の前記冷却水収容部は、前記冷却水供給路に前記冷却水を供給することで前記エンジンを冷却するエンジン冷却水収容部である、建設機械。
