Abstract
Description
本出願は、2010年9月2日付けで出願された米国特許出願第12/874,793号明細書に優先権を主張するものであり、該明細書の全体は参照することにより本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (5)
- バッテリーコネクタによって直列に接続された多数のバッテリーを有し、それぞれのバッテリーコネクタが、
電気的絶縁材料から成る一組のバッテリー電極カバーであって、2つの隣接したバッテリーの電極上に取り付けられ、それぞれの該バッテリー電極カバーが、前記バッテリーの電極へのアクセスを提供する受入れ部分及び開口部を有している、一組のバッテリー電極カバーと、
導電性材料から成り、前記2つの隣接したバッテリーを電気的に接続させるために前記電極カバーの前記受入れ部分に挿入され、電気的絶縁材料で覆われた中央部を有している接続ブリッジと、
隣接したバッテリーの前記電極に前記接続ブリッジを固定するための一組の留め具であって、留め具におけるそれぞれが前記一組のバッテリー電極カバーの一方の内部に位置し、それぞれの留め具が金属から成るねじ山部と非導電性材料から成る電気的絶縁部分とを有し、前記留め具を前記バッテリーの電極上に留めるために前記バッテリー電極カバーの開口部を通じて前記留め具の前記電気的絶縁部分にアクセス可能である、一組の留め具と、
を備えていることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - それぞれのバッテリー電極カバーは、前記バッテリーの電極上に取り付けるように構成された第1部分と、前記受入れ部分を画成するために前記第1部分上に組み立てられた第2部分と、を含み、前記第2部分は、前記留め具をアクセスするための開口部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- それぞれのバッテリー電極カバーは、電気的絶縁プラスチックから製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記接続ブリッジの中央部は、ゴム材料で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- バッテリーパックを形成するために複数のバッテリーを直列に接続するためのバッテリーコネクタであって、
2つの隣接したバッテリーにおけるバッテリーの電極上に取り付けるための電気的絶縁材料から成る一組のバッテリー電極カバーであって、それぞれのバッテリー電極カバーが前記バッテリーの電極へのアクセスを提供する受入れ部分及び開口部を有している、一組のバッテリー電極カバーと、
導電性材料から成りかつ電気的絶縁材料で覆われた中央部を有し、2つの隣接したバッテリーを電気的に接続させるために前記電極カバーの前記受入れ部分内に挿入される接続ブリッジと、
隣接したバッテリーの前記電極に前記接続ブリッジを固定するための一組の留め具であって、留め具におけるそれぞれが前記一組のバッテリー電極カバーの一方の内部に位置し、それぞれの留め具が金属から成るねじ山部と非導電性材料から成る電気的絶縁部分とを含み、前記バッテリー電極カバーの前記開口部を通じて前記留め具の前記電気的絶縁部分にアクセス可能である、一組の留め具と、
を備えていることを特徴とするバッテリーコネクタ。
