Claims (13)
- 複合材料用の樹脂による接着に適合する可撓性の材料の少なくとも1つの基板(1;8;10;13)の2つの反対端夫々の上及び/又は下に配置されたファイバーの層(3,3’;9,9’;11,11’;14,14’)の少なくとも2つのグループを備え、前記基板(1;8;10;13)の中央部(4)がこれらの層(3,3’;9,9’;11,11’;14,14’)により被覆されず、前記基板(1;8;10;13)及び前記層(3,3’;9,9’;11,11’;14,14’)が可撓性硬化樹脂(6)に包含されることを特徴とする、ヒンジ。
- 前記基板(1;8;10;13)の前記中央部(4)の平均幅が、1〜25mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒンジ。
- 前記基板(1;8;10;13)の前記中央部(4)の平均幅が、前記基板(1;8;10;13)の平均幅の2.5%〜30%の比にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のヒンジ。
- 前記層(3,3’;9,9’;11,11’;14,14’)により被覆された前記基板(1;8;10;13)の端部の部分の幅が、5〜40mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ。
- 前記ヒンジが曲げられる時、前記ヒンジが曲げられない時の前記基板(1;8;10;13)の前記中央部(4)の平均幅の4.5%を超える曲率半径(R)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ。
- 前記ヒンジが曲げられる時、2mmを超える曲率半径(R)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ。
- 金型(2)の機能面上において、複合材料用の樹脂による接着に適合する可撓性の材料の少なくとも1つの基板(1;8;10;13)の2つの反対端夫々の上及び/又は下にファイバーの層(3,3’;9,9’;11,11’;14,14’)の少なくとも2つのグループを配置し、ここで、前記基板(1;8;10;13)の中央部(4)がこれらの層(3,3’;9,9’;11,11’;14,14’)により被覆されず、
硬化時に可撓性を有する樹脂(6)を前記金型(2)へ注入及び/又は減圧により引き込み、前記基板(1;8;10;13)及び前記層(3,3’;9,9’;11,11’;14,14’)を前記樹脂(6)で包含し、
前記樹脂(6)を硬化する、各工程を含むことを特徴とするヒンジの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂(6)は、硬化されると、2.8〜6.5MPaのヤング率、0.7〜1.3MPaの極限の引張強度、及び/又は21〜39%の破壊点での伸長を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ又はヒンジの製造方法。
- 前記層(3,3’;9,9’;11,11’;14,14’)が、0〜10重量%の樹脂量に結合したファイバー、特には炭素繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ又はヒンジの製造方法。
- 前記基板(10)が、少なくとも前記ファイバーの前記層(11、11’)の全体長だけの幅を延びることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ又はヒンジの製造方法。
- ファイバーを含む追加層(12)が、前記基板(13)の一面を少なくとも部分的に被覆し、この追加層(12)の前記ファイバーが、当該ヒンジの回転軸及び/又は前記ファイバー(14,14’)により被覆された前記基板(13)の端部に実質的に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ又はヒンジの製造方法。
- 前記基板(1;8;10;13)がマイクロファイバーから成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ又はヒンジの製造方法。
- 前記基板(1;8;10;13)が天然皮革、特にセーム天然皮革から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ又はヒンジの製造方法。
