Claims (6)
- 소정 형상의 금속 파이프;상기 금속파이프의 표면에 적층부착되며 일방향으로 배열된 유리섬유의 집합쉬트층;상기 일방향으로 배열된 유리섬유의 집합쉬트층 상면에 적층부착되며 일방향으로 배열된 탄소섬유의 집합쉬트층; 및상기 일방향으로 배열된 탄소섬유의 집합쉬트층 상면에 적층부착된 탄소섬유 직물층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재료 파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일방향으로 배열된 유리섬유의 집합쉬트층의 유리섬유가 상기 금속 파이프의 축방향 또는 45도 각도로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재료 파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일방향으로 배열된 탄소섬유의 집합쉬트층의 탄소섬유가 상기 금속 파이프의 축방향 또는 45도 각도로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재료 파이프.
- (a) 소정 길이를 갖는 금속 파이프를 준비하는 단계;(b) 상기 금속 파이프의 표면에 접착제가 함유되며 일방향으로 배열된 유리섬유의 집합쉬트를 적층하는 단계;(c) 상기 일방향으로 배열된 유리섬유의 집합쉬트의 표면에 접착제가 함유되며 일방향으로 배열된 탄소섬유의 집합쉬트를 적층하는 단계;(d) 상기 일방향으로 배열된 탄소섬유의 집합쉬트의 표면에 탄소섬유로 이루어진 직물을 적층하는단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재료 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재료 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (d)단계 이후에 에폭시 수지의 경화속도를 높일 수 있도록 소정온도로 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합재료 파이프의 제조방법.
