Claims (20)
- 内側管腔が中を貫通して延びる本体と、

前記隔壁作動体の長さより長く、前記隔壁作動体の前記内側通路の幅以下の幅を有するチューブを有する血液サンプリング装置であって、前記チューブの内部は、前記血液サンプリング装置内のリザーバと流体連通しており、通気口が前記リザーバと流体連通しており、前記通気口は、空気は通すが、血液は通さない、血液サンプリング装置と
を備える、血管外システム。 - 前記血液サンプリング装置の前記チューブは、前記隔壁作動体の前記内側通路を通り、前記隔壁のスリットを貫通して選択的に延び、前記血液サンプリング装置は、前記本体に選択的に結合される、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- 前記隔壁は、前記内側管腔の遠位室を前記内側管腔の近位室から分け、実質的にシールし、前記隔壁は、そこに1つまたは複数のスリットを有し、前記隔壁作動体は、前記近位室内の非作動位置から、前記隔壁の前記スリットを貫通して前記遠位室内に延びる作動位置に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- 前記血液サンプリング装置は、前記本体の前記内側管腔のものとほぼ等しい外側形状の一部分を有し、それにより、前記血液サンプリング装置を前記本体の前記内側管腔内に圧入することができる、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- 前記血液サンプリング装置は、前記本体上に配設されたルアーコネクタと選択的に相互係止するルアーコネクタを有する、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- 前記本体は、カテーテル組立体またはルアーアクセスポートである、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- 前記隔壁および前記本体は、前記隔壁を取り囲む流体密封連結を形成する、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- 前記リザーバは、約0.1mL以上の容積を有する、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- 前記チューブは、約5mm以上の長さと、約3mm以下の幅とを有する、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- 前記リザーバを画定する前記血液サンプリング装置の少なくとも一部分は、圧縮可能であり、圧縮されたときに前記リザーバの内部容積を減少させる、請求項1に記載の血管外システム。
- リザーバを中に画定する本体と、
前記本体から、血液調節弁の隔壁作動体の長さより大きい距離を延びるチューブであって、血液調節弁内の通路の内側幅より小さい幅を有し、前記チューブの内部が、前記リザーバと流体連通する、チューブと、
前記本体に結合され、前記リザーバの障壁表面を形成する通気口であって、空気は通すが血液は通さない、通気口と
を備える、血液サンプリング装置。 - 前記リザーバは、約0.1mL以上の容積を有する、請求項11に記載の血液サンプリング装置。
- 前記通気口は、通気性および疎水性である、請求項11に記載の血液サンプリング装置。
- 前記リザーバを画定する前記本体の少なくとも一部分は、圧縮可能であり、圧縮されたときに前記リザーバの内部容積を減少させる、請求項11に記載の血液サンプリング装置。
- 前記チューブは、5mm以上の長さを有する、請求項11に記載の血液サンプリング装置。
- 内側管腔を有する本体と、
前記内側管腔内に配設された隔壁と、
前記内側管腔内の前記隔壁の近位に配設された隔壁作動体であって、前記隔壁作動体を貫通して延びる内側通路を有する、隔壁作動体と、
前記本体の前記内側管腔内に少なくとも部分的に配設される血液サンプリング装置であって、該血液サンプリング装置は、前記隔壁作動体の前記内側通路を通り、前記隔壁内の開口部を通って延びるチューブを有し、前記血液サンプリング装置は、その中に前記チューブと流体連通するリザーバと、前記リザーバと流体連通する通気口であって、空気は通すが血液は通さない、通気口とを有する、血液サンプリング装置と
を備える、血管外システム。 - 前記隔壁は、前記内側管腔の遠位室を前記内側管腔の近位室から分け、実質的にシールし、前記隔壁は、そこに1つまたは複数のスリットを有し、前記隔壁作動体は、前記近位室内の非作動位置から、前記隔壁の前記スリットを貫通して前記遠位室内に延びる作動位置に移動可能である、請求項16に記載の血管外システム。
