Claims (16)

  1. 内部に強化材が分散された樹脂を含む組成物であって:
    ここで該強化材は、グラフェン本体、ポリアミド酸、カーボンナノチューブ、強化溶媒、またはそれらのあらゆる組み合わせを含み、および、
    該強化材は、組成物の総重量に基づき約0.001重量%〜約0.1重量%で存在する、上記組成物。
  2. 前記樹脂が、エポキシ、ビニルエステル、ポリエステル、またはそれらのあらゆる組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  3. ジメチルアセトアミドをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
  4. 前記強化材が、グラフェンを含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
  5. 前記強化材が、ジメチルアセトアミドを含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
  6. 前記樹脂が、熱硬化性樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  7. 前記グラフェン本体の少なくとも1種が、約0.1nm〜約100nmの範囲の断面寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  8. 前記グラフェン本体の少なくとも1種が、約1,000〜約20,000の範囲のアスペクト比を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  9. 前記グラフェン本体の少なくとも1種が、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、カルボニル基、エポキシ基、またはそれらのあらゆる組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  10. 樹脂内に配置された繊維をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  11. 強化材を包含させることによって、組成物の引張強度、破損ひずみ、破壊靱性、限界応力拡大係数、限界ひずみエネルギー解放率、減衰定数または弾性係数の少なくとも1種が、実質的に強化材を含まない樹脂と比較して約1%〜約80%変更される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
  12. 前記強化材を包含させることによって、組成物の引張強度、破損ひずみ、破壊靱性、限界応力拡大係数、限界ひずみエネルギー解放率、減衰定数または弾性係数の少なくとも1種が、炭素繊維を含む樹脂(ここで該樹脂は実質的に強化材を含まない)と比較して約10%〜約250%変更される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
  13. (a)グラフェン本体、(b)ポリアミド酸、(c)アミド、または(d)カーボンナノチューブのうち少なくとも1種を含む強化材を少なくとも1種の樹脂と接触させることにより、強化材が前駆混合物の約0.001%〜約1.0重量%で存在する前駆混合物を形成することを含む、組成物の製造方法。
  14. 前記少なくとも1種の樹脂が、エポキシ、ポリエステル、ビニルエステル、またはそれらのあらゆる組み合わせを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
  15. 前記強化材を第一の溶媒と合わせることをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
  16. 強化樹脂組成物の合成方法であって、該方法は:
    エポキシ、ポリエステルおよびビニルエステルからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂を選択すること;
    グラフェン、カーボンナノチューブ、ポリアミド酸およびアミドからなる群より少なくとも1種の強化材料を選択すること;および、
    強化樹脂組成物の約0.001%〜約1.0重量%で強化材が存在する強化樹脂組成物が形成されるように、少なくとも1種の強化材料を少なくとも1種の樹脂に分散させること、
    を含む、上記方法。
