Abstract

一种触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,系设一叠层结构,该叠层结构包括有:一覆盖层、一透明导电膜接收层、一透明导电膜发射层、一显示器驱动接口及一中空之外罩;其中,该叠层结构在一第一光学胶与该透明导电膜接收层之间设有一层强度加强薄膜层,该层强度加强薄膜层之弯曲模量大于或等于该透明导电膜接收层;藉此,通过增加一层强度加强薄膜层之设计,使该触控面板做落球试验时,可大幅增加强度,防止其透明导电膜接收层、透明导电膜发射层因落击出现裂纹,而导致产品电性异常。

Description

触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计
技术领域
本发明系一种触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,尤指一种于一触控面板之叠层结构内增加一层强度加强层,俾使该触控面板做落球试验时,可防止其透明导电膜(ITO)层因落击出现裂纹,而导致产品电性异常之设计。
背景技术
按,一般传统显示器之触控面板,请参阅第1图所示,其叠层结构1分为一覆盖层11、一透明导电膜(ITO)接收(Rx)层12、一透明导电膜(ITO)发射(Tx)层13、一显示器驱动接口14及一中空之外罩15,其中,该覆盖层11覆盖于该外罩15上方,该外罩15在与该覆盖层11之间的内侧壁上垂直设有一垫片151,令该垫片151与该覆盖层11相互垂直;该透明导电膜接收层12设于该外罩15内,位于该覆盖层11下方,该透明导电膜接收层12与该覆盖层11之间设有一第一光学胶(OCA)16,以藉由该第一光学胶16之黏性,使该透明导电膜接收层12与该覆盖层11相接;该透明导电膜发射层13设于该外罩15内,位于该透明导电膜接收层12下方,该透明导电膜发射层13与该透明导电膜接收层12之间设有一第二光学胶(OCA)17,以藉由该第二光学胶17之黏性,使该透明导电膜发射层13与该透明导电膜接收层12相接;该显示器驱动接口14设于该外罩15内,位于该透明导电膜发射层13下方,其不与该透明导电膜发射层13相连接,并位于该外罩15形成的内部空间之最下方。
然而,该习知之显示器触控面板,其强度不足,于做落球试验时,达不到客户使用之要求,请参阅图1、图2所示,当球体20落击数次后,容易于落球位置21(如第2图所示)造成该透明导电膜接收层12、该透明导电膜发射层13出现裂纹(Crack),进而导致产品电性异常,出现无法感应区域22,如此实在有改善之必要。
由此可见,上述习用物品仍有诸多缺失,实非一良善之设计者,而亟待加以改良。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本案发明人本于多年从事相关产品之制造开发与设计经验,针对上述之目标,详加设计与审慎评估后,终得一确具实用性之本发明。
本发明之目的,在提供一种触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,系于触控面板之叠层结构内增加一层强度加强层,俾使该触控面板做落球试验时,可防止其透明导电膜(ITO)层因落击出现裂纹,而导致产品电性异常。
根据上述之目的,本发明之触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,其系设有一叠层结构,该叠层结构包括有:一覆盖层、一透明导电膜(ITO)接收(Rx)层、一透明导电膜(ITO)发射(Tx)层、一显示器驱动接口及一中空之外罩;其中,该覆盖层覆盖于该外罩上方,该外罩在与该覆盖层之间的内侧壁上垂直设有至少一垫片,令该垫片与该覆盖层相互垂直;该透明导电膜接收层设于该外罩内,位于该覆盖层下方,该透明导电膜接收层与该覆盖层之间设有一第一光学胶(OCA),以藉由该第一光学胶之黏性,使该透明导电膜接收层与该覆盖层相接;该透明导电膜发射层设于该外罩内,位于该透明导电膜接收层下方,该透明导电膜发射层与该透明导电膜接收层之间设有一第二光学胶(OCA),以藉由该第二光学胶之黏性,使该透明导电膜发射层与该透明导电膜接收层相接;该显示器驱动接口设于该外罩内,位于该透明导电膜发射层下方,其不与该透明导电膜发射层相连接,并位于该外罩形成的内部空间之最下方;该叠层结构在该第一光学胶与该透明导电膜接收层之间设有一层强度加强薄膜层,该层强度加强薄膜层之弯曲模量(flexural modulus)大于或等于该透明导电膜接收层;藉此,通过增加一层强度加强薄膜层之设计,使该触控面板做落球试验时,可大幅增加强度,防止其透明导电膜接收层、透明导电膜发射层因落击出现裂纹,而导致产品电性异常。
为便贵审查委员能对本发明之目的、形状、构造装置特征及其功效,做更进一步之认识与了解,兹举实施例配合图式,详细说明如下:

具体实施方式
本发明乃有关一种「触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计」,请参阅图3所示,本发明之触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,其系设有一叠层结构3,该叠层结构3包括有:一覆盖层31、一透明导电膜(ITO)接收(Rx)层32、一透明导电膜(ITO)发射(Tx)层33、一显示器驱动接口34及一中空之外罩35。
其中,该覆盖层31覆盖于该外罩35上方,该外罩35在与该覆盖层31之间的内侧壁上垂直设有至少一垫片351,令该垫片351与该覆盖层31相互垂直;该透明导电膜接收层32设于该外罩35内,位于该覆盖层31下方,该透明导电膜接收层32与该覆盖层31之间设有一第一光学胶(OCA)36,以藉由该第一光学胶36之黏性,使该透明导电膜接收层32与该覆盖层31相接;该透明导电膜发射层33设于该外罩35内,位于该透明导电膜接收层32下方,该透明导电膜发射层33与该透明导电膜接收层32之间设有一第二光学胶(OCA)37,以藉由该第二光学胶37之黏性,使该透明导电膜发射层33与该透明导电膜接收层32相接;该显示器驱动接口34设于该外罩35内,位于该透明导电膜发射层33下方,其不与该透明导电膜发射层33相连接,并位于该外罩35形成的内部空间之最下方。
该叠层结构3在该第一光学胶36与该透明导电膜接收层32之间设有一层强度加强薄膜层38,该层强度加强薄膜层38之弯曲模量(flexural modulus)大于或等于该透明导电膜接收层32。
藉上述构件之组成,请再参阅图3所示,通过增加一层强度加强薄膜层38之设计,使该触控面板大幅增加强度,做落球试验时,可抵抗及吸收落球试验之落击力量,防止其透明导电膜接收层32、透明导电膜发射层33因落击出现裂纹,而导致产品电性异常,进而出现无法感应区域。
复请参阅图3所示,该层强度加强薄膜层38可为一可塑性高机能透明树脂(COP)薄膜层(Film)、一塑料PP薄膜层(Film)、一塑料PET薄膜层(Film)或一光学胶(OCA)薄膜层(Film)等材料。
复请参阅图3所示,该透明导电膜接收层32之弯曲模量(flexural modulus)为1GPa(10亿帕斯卡),令该层强度加强薄膜层38之弯曲模量(flexural modulus)大于或等于1GPa(10亿帕斯卡),而可抵抗及吸收落球试验之落击力量,防止该透明导电膜接收层32、透明导电膜发射层33因落击出现裂纹,而导致产品电性异常,进而出现无法感应区域。
复请参阅图3所示,该层强度加强薄膜层38为塑料PET薄膜层(Film)时,其弯曲模量(flexural modulus)为1GPa(10亿帕斯卡),令该层强度加强薄膜层38之弯曲模量(flexural modulus)大于或等于1GPa(10亿帕斯卡),而可抵抗及吸收落球试验之落击力量,防止该透明导电膜接收层32、透明导电膜发射层33因落击出现裂纹,而导致产品电性异常,进而出现无法感应区域。
复请参阅图3所示,该层强度加强薄膜层38为可塑性高机能透明树脂(COP)薄膜层(Film)时,其弯曲模量(flexural modulus)为1.6~3.1GPa(10亿帕斯卡),令该层强度加强薄膜层38之弯曲模量(flexural modulus)大于或等于1GPa(10亿帕斯卡),而可抵抗及吸收落球试验之落击力量,防止该透明导电膜接收层32、透明导电膜发射层33因落击出现裂纹,而导致产品电性异常,进而出现无法感应区域。
而且可塑性高机能透明树脂(COP)薄膜层(Film)、塑料PET薄膜层(Film)相对防爆膜(ASF),厚度更薄,且在限定弯曲模量参数范围内,以及可塑性高机能透明树脂(COP)薄膜层(Film)、塑料PET薄膜层(Film)的保护效果、成本与防爆膜(ASF)相当。
综合上所述,本发明之触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,确实具有前所未有之创新构造,其既未见于任何刊物,且市面上亦未见有任何类似的产品,是以,其具有新颖性应无疑虑。另外,本发明所具有之独特特征以及功能远非习用所可比拟,所以其确实比习用更具有其进步性,而符合我国专利法有关发明专利之申请要件之规定,乃依法提起专利申请。
以上所述,仅为本发明最佳具体实施例,惟本发明之构造特征并不局限于此,任何熟悉该项技艺者在本发明领域内,可轻易思及之变化或修饰,皆可涵盖在以下本案之专利范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,其系设有一叠层结构,该叠层结构包括有:
一覆盖层,该覆盖层覆盖于一中空之外罩上方,该外罩在与该覆盖层之间的内侧壁上垂直设有至少一垫片,令该垫片与该覆盖层相互垂直;
一透明导电膜接收层,该透明导电膜接收层设于该外罩内,位于该覆盖层下方,该透明导电膜接收层与该覆盖层之间设有一第一光学胶,以藉由该第一光学胶之黏性,使该透明导电膜接收层与该覆盖层相接;
一透明导电膜发射层,该透明导电膜发射层设于该外罩内,位于该透明导电膜接收层下方,该透明导电膜发射层与该透明导电膜接收层之间设有一第二光学胶,以藉由该第二光学胶之黏性,使该透明导电膜发射层与该透明导电膜接收层相接;及
一显示器驱动接口,该显示器驱动接口设于该外罩内,位于该透明导电膜发射层下方,其不与该透明导电膜发射层相连接,并位于该外罩形成的内部空间之最下方;
其特征在于:该叠层结构在该第一光学胶与该透明导电膜接收层之间设有一层强度加强薄膜层,该层强度加强薄膜层之弯曲模量大于或等于该透明导电膜接收层;
其中该透明导电膜接收层之弯曲模量为1GPa,令该层强度加强薄膜层之弯曲模量大于或等于1GPa。
2.如权利要求1所述之触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,其中该层强度加强薄膜层为一可塑性高机能透明树脂薄膜层、一塑料PP薄膜层、一塑料PET薄膜层或一光学胶薄膜层。
3.如权利要求2所述之触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,其中该层强度加强薄膜层为塑料PET薄膜层时,其弯曲模量为1GPa。
4.如权利要求2所述之触控面板增加落球试验强度之叠构设计,其中该层强度加强薄膜层为可塑性高机能透明树脂薄膜层时,其弯曲模量为1.6~3.1GPa。
