- 溶媒および溶解した溶質を含む供給流溶液のナノ濾過のための膜であって、この膜は、周囲温度において前記溶質の選択的阻止を示し、一体化したスキン層を有する非対称ポリベンズイミダゾール膜を備え、ナノ濾過に用いる前に前記膜の細孔構造を維持する調整剤が含浸された膜。
- 前記ポリベンズイミダゾール膜が架橋されている、請求項1に記載の膜。
- 前記溶解した溶質が200〜2000g mol−1の範囲の分子量を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の膜。
- 前記溶媒が有機溶媒であって、前記膜が有機溶媒に対して安定である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 離散有機マトリックスが、前記架橋されたポリベンズイミダゾール非対称膜中に、前記膜の50重量%以下の量で分散している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の膜。

(d)得られた非対称膜を多官能性ハロゲン化アルキル、ジビニルスルホン、多官能性有機強酸のうち1種または複数を含む溶媒で処理するステップと、
(e)前記非対称膜を調整剤で処理するステップと

- 前記離散マトリックスを分散させるために用いられる溶媒が、蒸発によって前記ポリベンズイミダゾールドープ溶液から除去される、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋剤が、多官能性ハロゲン化アルキル、ジビニルスルホン、又は多官能性有機強酸から選択される、請求項16〜30のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋剤が、ハロゲン化アルキル(ジブロモブタン、トリブロモプロパン、トリクロロプロパン、ペンタエリスリチルテトラブロミド、およびペンタエリスリチルテトラクロリド)、ジビニルスルホン、ペルフルオログルタル酸、ベンゼンヘキサカルボン酸、ベンゼンペンタカルボン酸、1,2,3,4−ベンゼンテトラカルボン酸、1,2,3,5−ベンゼンテトラカルボン酸、1,2,4,5−ベンゼンテトラカルボン酸、1,3,5−ベンゼントリカルボン酸、ジブロモコハク酸、ポリアクリル酸、1,4,5,8−ナフタレンテトラカルボン酸、2,6−ナフタレンジスルホン酸、アリールスルホン酸、アリールスルフィン酸、アリールホスフィン酸、またはアリールホスホン酸から選択される、請求項16〜31のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋剤が溶媒に溶解している、請求項16〜34のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋剤が、ケトン、エーテル、カルボン酸およびアルコールから選択された溶媒中に溶解している、請求項16〜33のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリベンズイミダゾール膜を処理するために用いられる架橋剤の量は、前記架橋剤中の反応基と処理される前記膜中のポリベンズイミダゾールのアミン水素基とが0.01〜100の範囲となるように調整される、請求項16〜34のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリベンズイミダゾール膜を処理するために用いられる架橋剤の量は、前記架橋剤中の反応基と処理される前記膜中のポリベンズイミダゾールのアミン水素基とが0.1〜10の範囲となるように調整される、請求項16〜34のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 架橋時間が0.1〜120時間の間から選択される、請求項16〜36のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 架橋溶液の温度が20〜150℃の間に保持される、請求項16〜37のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記調整剤が不揮発性液体である、請求項16〜38のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記調整剤が、合成油(ポリオレフィン油、シリコーン油、ポリアルファオレフィン油、ポリイソブチレン油、合成ワックス異性化油、エステル油およびアルキル芳香族油)、鉱油(溶媒精製油および水素化鉱油ならびに石油ワックス異性化油)、植物油脂、高級アルコール(デカノール、ドデカノール、ヘプタデカノール等)、グリセロール、およびグリコール(ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリアルキレングリコール等)のうち1種または複数から選択される、請求項16〜39のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
