- 裏板(20)と、
中央溝(30)を有し、前記裏板(20)と結合している半金属部(28)と、
前記半金属部(28)と隣接し、前記裏板(20)と結合している第1のセラミック複合材料部(24)と、
前記第1のセラミック複合材料部(24)と対向し、前記裏板(20)と結合している第2のセラミック複合材料部(26)と、を備える、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。 - 前記裏板(20)と前記半金属部(28)との間、及び/又は、前記裏板(20)と前記第1及び第2のセラミック複合材料部(24,26)との間に磨耗表示層(22)を更に備える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- 前記半金属部(28)は、単一品の構造であり、第1半部(72)、第2半部(70)並びに第1及び第2半部(72,74)を結合する結合部(46)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- 前記第1のセラミック材料部(24)及び前記第2のセラミック材料部(26)は、前記半金属部(28)によって完全に分離している、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- 前記半金属部(28)は、鋼繊維を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- 前記第1のセラミック複合材料部(24)及び前記第2のセラミック複合材料部(24)は、好ましくはセラミック、アラミド、ケブラー(登録商標)又はガラス繊維の少なくとも1つの非金属繊維を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- 前記第1のセラミック複合材料部(24)及び前記第2のセラミック複合材料部(26)は、前記半金属部(28)に接着されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- 前記第1のセラミック複合材料部(24)、前記第2のセラミック複合材料部(26)及び前記半金属部(28)に前記裏板(20)を接着する下地層(22)を更に備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- プレス装置内に裏板(20)を配置する工程と、
前記プレス装置内で前記裏板(20)の上に事前成形の挿入体(28)を配置する工程と、
前記プレス装置内に摩擦材料(24,26)を配置する工程と、
前記プレス装置を作動する工程と、を備える、
ことを特徴とするプレス装置を用いるハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)の製造方法。 - 前記裏板(20)が前記プレス装置内にあって前記事前成形の挿入体(28)を配置する工程の前であるときに、前記裏板(20)の上に下地層材料(22)を配置する工程を更に備える、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記事前成形の挿入体(28)を配置する工程の前に、前記下地層材料(22)の範囲内に磨耗表示材料(22)を配置する工程を更に備える、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記裏板(20)が前記プレス装置内にあって前記事前成形の挿入体(28)を配置する工程の前であるときに、前記裏板(20)の上に磨耗表示層材料(22)を配置する工程を更に備える、請求項99に記載の方法。
- 前記事前成形の挿入体(28)に中央溝(30)を形成する工程を更に備える、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記摩擦材料(24,26)の形状と前記事前成形の挿入体(28)の形状とを形成する工程を更に備える、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プレス装置内に裏板(20)を配置する工程と、
前記プレス装置内で前記裏板(20)の上に事前成形の挿入体(28)を配置する工程と、
前記プレス装置内に摩擦材料(24,26)を配置する工程と、
前記プレス装置を作動する工程と、を備える製造方法によって製造される、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。 - 前記処理は、前記裏板(20)が前記プレス装置内にあって前記事前成形の挿入体(28)を配置する工程の前であるときに、前記裏板(20)の上に下地層材料(22)を配置する工程を更に備える、請求項15に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- 前記処理は、前記事前成形の挿入体(28)を配置する工程の前に、前記下地層材料(22)の範囲内に磨耗表示材料(22)を配置する工程を更に備える、請求項16に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
- 前記処理は、前記裏板(20)が前記プレス装置内にあって前記事前成形の挿入体(28)を配置する工程の前であるときに、前記裏板(20)の上に磨耗表示層材料(22)を配置する工程を更に備える、請求項15に記載のハイブリッドブレーキパッド(10)。
