Claims (5)
- 表面圧縮層および該表面圧縮層に隣接した中間層を含む透明ガラス板であって、0℃と300℃の間で、前記中間層と前記表面圧縮層の熱膨張係数の差が50×10-7/℃より大きく、前記表面圧縮層が少なくとも約300MPaの圧縮応力を有する、透明ガラス板。
- 0℃と300℃の間で、前記表面圧縮層に対する前記中間層の熱膨張係数の比が2.5より大きい、請求項1記載の透明ガラス板。
- 前記透明ガラス板が厚さを有し、前記中間層が厚さを有し、該透明ガラス板の厚さに対する該中間層の厚さの比が少なくとも約0.8である、請求項1記載の透明ガラス板。
- 前記透明ガラス板が約0.3mmから約3mmまでに及ぶ厚さを有する、請求項1記載の透明ガラス板。
- 前記表面圧縮層の軟化点が、前記中間層の軟化点より少なくとも40℃低い、請求項1記載の透明ガラス板。
