Claims (5)
- 表面圧縮層および該表面圧縮層に隣接した中間層を含む透明ガラス板であって、
前記中間層の熱膨張係数(CTE)が前記表面圧縮層の熱膨張係数(CTE)より大きく、
前記表面圧縮層が少なくとも約300MPaの圧縮応力を有し
前記透明ガラス板の厚さに対する前記中間層の厚さの比が0.9以下である、透明ガラス板。 - 0℃と300℃の間で、前記中間層と前記表面圧縮層の熱膨張係数の差が50×10-7/℃より大きい、請求項1記載の透明ガラス板。
- 前記透明ガラス板の厚さに対する前記中間層の厚さの比が少なくとも約0.8である、請求項1または2記載の透明ガラス板。
- 前記表面圧縮層がアルカリ土類ホウアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスを有してなる、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の透明ガラス板。
- 前記透明ガラス板のどの層もイオン交換プロセスに曝されておらず、
前記透明ガラス板のどの層も、その場結晶化プロセスには曝されていない、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の透明ガラス板。
