Claims (2)
- 方法であって、

b)ステップ(a)パート(i)で得られた抽出物を少なくとも一度分画して、少なくとも1つの多価不飽和脂肪酸を含んでなる精製脂質組成物を得るステップと
を含んでなり、ここで精製脂質組成物が、未処理破壊微生物バイオマスの油組成物と比べてトリアシルグリセロールに富む、上記方法。 - 少なくとも1つの多価不飽和脂肪酸を含んでなる油組成物を有する未処理破壊微生物バイオマスを液体または超臨界流体二酸化炭素を含んでなる溶媒で処理して、
(i)実質的にリン脂質を含まない脂質画分を含んでなる抽出物;および
(ii)リン脂質を含んでなる残留バイオマス;を得るステップを含んでなり、
ここで未処理破壊微生物バイオマスが、その乾燥細胞質量の25%よりも多くを油として蓄積するヤロウィア(Yarrowia)属の油性微生物から得られ;そして
上記少なくとも1つの多価不飽和脂肪酸を含んでなる油組成物が、少なくとも20個の炭素原子と4つ以上の炭素−炭素二重結合を有する多価不飽和脂肪酸を、総脂肪酸の質量%として測定して、少なくとも25質量%含んでなる方法。
