Abstract
Description
本発明の変形形態では、半径方向最も内側のカーカス補強層中の補強要素の密度は、半径方向最も外側のカーカス補強層中の補強要素の密度よりも低い。有利には、この場合も又、本発明によれば、半径方向最も内側の層で始まる場合、1つの層から次の層への補強要素の密度の勾配が次第に高くなる。
Claims (10)
- 原動機付き二輪車用タイヤであって、補強要素の少なくとも2つの層で形成されていて、前記タイヤの各側でビードに繋留されたカーカス型補強構造体を有し、前記ビードのベースは、ホイールリム受座に取り付けられるようになっており、各ビードの半径方向外方の連続部としてサイドウォールが設けられ、前記サイドウォールは、トレッドに半径方向外方に接合され、前記タイヤは、前記トレッドの下に補強要素の少なくとも1つの層から成るクラウン補強構造体を有する、タイヤにおいて、少なくともトレッド表面は、少なくとも赤道面の付近に延びる第1のポリマー配合物と、前記第1のポリマー配合物の物理化学的性質とは異なる物理化学的性質を有する少なくとも1種類の第2のポリマー配合物とから成り、前記カーカス型補強構造体を形成する前記2つ又は3つ以上の層の前記補強要素は、周方向と70°〜85°の角度をなし、前記カーカス型補強構造体を形成する前記2つ又は3つ以上の層の各々の前記補強要素相互間の距離は、前記第2のポリマー配合物で構成された少なくとも1つの領域の軸方向幅の少なくとも60%にわたり0.5mm以下である、
ことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 前記第2のポリマー配合物は、前記第1のポリマー配合物の組成とは異なる組成のものである、
請求項1記載のタイヤ。 - 前記第2のポリマー配合物は、前記第1のポリマー配合物のグリップ特性よりも優れたグリップ特性を有する、
請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。 - 前記第2のポリマー配合物は、前記第1のポリマー配合物のショアーAスケール硬度よりも小さいショアーAスケール硬度を有する、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記カーカス型補強構造体を形成する前記2つ又は3つ以上の層の各々の前記補強要素相互間の距離は、前記第2のポリマー配合物で構成された少なくとも1つの領域の軸方向幅の少なくとも60%にわたり0.2mmを超える、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記タイヤは、前記二輪車のリヤホイールに取り付けられるようになっており、前記第1のポリマー配合物により形成される前記トレッド表面の領域は、前記トレッドの軸方向幅の15〜30%の軸方向幅を有している、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記タイヤは、前記二輪車のフロントホイールに取り付けられるようになっており、前記第1のポリマー配合物により形成される前記トレッド表面の領域は、前記トレッドの軸方向幅の45〜70%の軸方向幅を有している、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記クラウン補強構造体は、周方向補強要素の少なくとも1つの層を有する、
請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記クラウン補強構造体は、補強要素の少なくとも2つの層を有し、1つの層から次の層に、前記部分は、互いに20°〜160°の角度をなしている、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 原動機付き式二輪車、例えばモーターサイクル用の請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤの使用。
