Claims (11)
- 自動二輪車用のタイヤであって、円周方向と65°〜87°の角度をなす相互に平行な補強要素の少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層で作られていて、タイヤの各側でビードに繋留された少なくとも1つのカーカス型補強構造体を有するタイヤであって、各ビードの半径方向外方の延長部としてサイドウォールが設けられ、前記サイドウォールが半径方向外側寄りでトレッドに合体し、前記タイヤが前記カーカス型補強構造体の半径方向外側に位置していて、円周方向と10°〜45°の角度をなす補強要素の少なくとも2つの実働層から成るクラウン補強構造体を前記トレッドの下に有する、タイヤにおいて、前記タイヤは、前記サイドウォール内に、少なくとも2つの軸方向に隣接したカーカス補強層部分を有し、前記カーカス補強層部分の前記補強要素は、子午面平面の各側で方向づけられ、前記少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層の前記補強要素は、少なくとも赤道面内において、円周方向と80°未満の角度をなし、少なくとも2つの実働層の前記補強要素は、少なくとも赤道平面内において、前記少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層の前記補強要素と40°より大きい角度をなして交差し、少なくとも2つの実働層の一方の前記補強要素は、前記少なくとも2つの実働層の他の一つの補強要素と最大で5°の角度をなして交差している、
ことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの実働層の前記補強要素は、少なくとも前記赤道面内において、円周方向と45°未満の角度をなす、
請求項1記載のタイヤ。 - 少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層は前記ビード内のビードワイヤ周りに折り返された部分を含み、前記少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層の前記補強要素とその折り返し部分の前記補強要素は、子午面平面の各側で配向されている、
請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの実働層の前記補強要素と前記少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層の前記補強要素のなす角度は、70°より大きい、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層は前記ビード内のビードワイヤ周りに折り返された部分を含み、前記少なくとも1つのカーカス層の折り返し部分の端部は、少なくとも2つの実働層の端部上に重ね合わされている、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層は前記ビード内のビードワイヤ周りに折り返された部分を含み、前記少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層の折り返し部分の端部は、前記トレッドの下に延びている、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層は前記ビード内のビードワイヤ周りに折り返された部分を含み、前記少なくとも1つのカーカス補強層の折り返し部分の端部と前記ビードワイヤの半径方向内側端部との間の半径方向距離は、ショルダ端部と前記ビードワイヤの前記半径方向内側端部との間の半径方向距離の50%〜75%である、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記クラウン補強構造体は、円周方向補強要素を有する少なくとも1つの層を有する、 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- クラウン補強構造体の少なくとも1つの層の前記補強要素は、金属及び/又は織物及び/又はガラスで作られている、
