Claims (11)
- 青色放射LEDと、前記LEDの放射波長で励起される第1の蛍光体層であって、蛍光体が500nm乃至560nmの範囲内の放射波長を有する第1の蛍光体層と、0.24乃至0.35の間の範囲での色点u'及び放射スペクトルのうちのλp>600nmの蛍光体層のピーク放射を有する第2の蛍光体層と、を含む発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であって、少なくとも1つの蛍光体層が、80μm<D<300μmの厚さDを有するセラミック体である、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であって、前記第2の蛍光体層は、一般式
M1-x-y-zSi1+zAl1-zN3-zOz :Eu2+ xCe2+ y
に従う材料を含み、MはCa、Sr、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されており、
0.0001≦x≦0.005、0.001≦y≦0.05、及び0≦z≦0.25
である、発光装置。 - 請求項3に記載の発光装置であって、0.0001≦x≦0.005である、発光装置。
- 請求項3又は4に記載の発光装置であって、0.005≦y≦0.04である、発光装置。
- 請求項3又は5に記載の発光装置であって、0.05≦z≦0.25である、発光装置。
- 請求項3乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置であって、MにおけるCaの含有量が80%(mol/mol)以上である、発光装置。
- 請求項3乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置であって、MにおけるSrの含有量が80%(mol/mol)以上である、発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置であって、前記蛍光体層は、少なくとも2つのルミネッセンス材料を含み、第1の前記ルミネッセンス材料は、赤色放射材料であり、第2の前記ルミネッセンス材料は、緑色/黄色放射材料である、発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置であって、前記青色放射LEDは、400nm乃至480nmの範囲内のピーク放射波長を有する、発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置を含むシステムであって、以下の応用例:
