Description

− 前記供給装置の内部の制御ユニットは、前記第1と第2のデータが少なくとも部分的に一致する場合、前記供給装置の複数の供給ユニットの少なくとも1つの供給手順を起動するための第1の制御信号を送信する。
− 持ち運び可能な薬剤容器の中に少なくとも1つの液状薬剤を調製するステップ;

- 患者に薬剤を投与するためのシステムにおいて、
少なくとも1つの液状薬剤を入れた少なくとも1つの持ち運び可能な薬剤容器(5)と、
前記薬剤容器(5)に付着するために個人、薬剤及び/又は治療に関する第1のデータを付帯した少なくとも1つの第1の識別要素(5a)を作成するための識別要素作製装置(3)と、
前記第1の識別要素(5a)から前記第1のデータを読み取るための少なくとも1つの読み取り装置(6)と、
供給装置であってその中に挿入された前記薬剤容器(5,14)から薬剤を前記患者に供給するための少なくとも1つの供給装置(11)と、を有し、

- 前記第1のデータのうち薬剤に関するデータを、前記供給装置(11)の記憶ユニット(19)に格納された薬剤に関する第2のデータと比較するための、前記供給装置(11)の内部の第2の比較ユニット(18)を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記薬剤に関する前記第1及び/又は第2のデータの少なくとも一部を選択するための、供給装置(11)の選択ユニット(21)を特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2のデータが少なくとも一部において一致しないときに送信される、前記制御ユニット(16)の第2の制御信号の受信に応じて供給手順の開始を遮断するための遮断ユニット(22)を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記識別要素(5a)がバーコードラベル、データマトリクスコードラベル及び/又はトランスポンダである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記供給装置がインスリンポンプ(11)であり、前記供給ユニットが複数のインスリンポンプユニット(12a−12d)の1つでありかつ前記薬剤容器がシリンジ(5)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 患者に薬剤を投与する方法であって、
持ち運び可能な薬剤容器(5)の中に少なくとも1つの液状薬剤を調製するステップ(25)と、
識別要素作製装置(3)を用いて個人、薬剤及び/又は治療に関する第1のデータを付帯する少なくとも1つの第1の識別要素(5a)を作成するステップ(26)と、
前記薬剤容器(5)に前記第1の識別要素(5a)を付着するステップ(27)と、
少なくとも1つの読み取り装置(6)を用いて前記第1の識別要素(5a)から第1のデータを読み取るステップ(28)と、
前記患者(9)に割り当てられた第2の識別要素(10)に付着又は付帯している第2のデータを読み取るステップ(29)と、
第1の比較ユニット(15)を用いて前記第1と第2のデータが少なくとも部分的に一致するか比較するステップ(30)と、
前記供給装置(11)に対する制御ユニット(16)の第1の制御信号(13)を用いて、前記供給装置(11)により薬剤を前記患者(9)へ供給するための供給手順を起動するステップ(37)と、を有する方法。 - 前記患者を治療する人に割り当てられた第3の識別要素に付着又は付帯された第3のデータを読み取るステップ(32)を特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1のデータのうちの薬剤に関する第1のデータを、前記供給装置(11)の記憶ユニット(19)に保存された前記薬剤に関する第2のデータと比較するステップ(35)を特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
