- 計算装置(22)の記憶手段(25)に記憶される、前の測定における血液値測定データセットを含む、患者特有のデータセットを、それぞれの血液値測定データセット(6、7、21a−d)に割り当てるための、計算装置(22)内に配置された割当手段(24)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前の血液値測定データセット(6、7、21a−d)を考慮した次回の測定時期を調整するための、測定時期決定手段(30)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 計算装置(22)により治療関連データに基づいて決定された薬パラメータとともに、患者(1)に少なくとも1つの薬(14)を供給する、供給装置(13、32)、好ましくはインシュリンポンプを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 要治療患者(1)への少なくとも1つの薬の投与のための治療関連データを決定する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのサンプリング装置(17−20)により、複数の血液サンプル(2、3、17−20)を得るために患者(1)から間断無く且つ連続的に血液を採取する工程と、
少なくとも1つの血液値測定装置(4、5、15、16)により、採取した血液サンプル(2、3、17−20)の血液値を測定し及び血液値測定データセット(6、7、21a−d)を得る工程と、
少なくとも1つの計算装置(9、22)により、血液値測定データセット(6、7、21a−d)から治療関連データを計算する工程と、
患者に関連する少なくとも1つの第1の識別子及び血液サンプル(2、3、17−20)が採取された時に関する時間に関連する1つの第2の識別子が、それぞれの血液サンプル(2、3、17−20)及びそれらに付随するそれぞれの血液値測定データセット(6、7、21a−d)に割り当てられ、
第1の評価手段(26)である、治療関連データを計算する計算装置(9、22)により、少なくとも1つの個別の重み付け係数、好ましくは数因子をそれぞれの血液値測定データセット(6、7、21a−d)に同じ第1の識別子及び異なる第2の識別子とともに割り当てることにより、計算作業において血液値測定データ(6、7、21a−d)の重み付けを特徴づける工程とを含み、
それぞれの血液値測定装置(4、5、15、16)に接続された割当装置(21)により、特定の血液値測定装置(4、5、15、16)に割り当てられた、測定設備に関連する第3の識別子及び測定精度に関連する第4の識別子を、それぞれの血液値測定データセット(21a−d)に割り当てる工程、及び
第2の評価手段(27)により、少なくとも1つの個別の重み付け係数を、それぞれの血液値測定データセット(21a−d)に同じ第1の識別子及び異なる第4の識別子とともに割り当てることにより、計算作業において血液値測定データの重み付けを特徴づける工程を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 計算装置(22)内に配置された割当手段(24)により、計算装置(22)の記憶手段(25)に記憶される、前の測定における血液値測定データセットを含む、患者特有のデータセットを、それぞれの血液値データセット(6、7、21a−d)に割り当てる工程を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 計算装置(22)内に配置された比較手段(28)により、前記患者(1)の異なる血液値測定データセット(6、7、21a−d)の血液値を比較する工程、及び計算装置(22)内に配置された分化手段(29)により、比較した血液値間の差異を計算する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
