10重量%から35重量%の間のスチレン含有率を有する、35から60phrの間の溶液重合スチレン‐ブタジエンゴムと;
35から60phrの間のポリブタジエンと;
45から110phrの間のシリカと;
1から8phrの間のアミド加工助剤であり、その加工助剤が、1種または複数のアミドの形態
硫黄含有オルガノシリコンシランカップリング剤と;
硫黄硬化系とを含む重量車両タイヤトレッド。 - ゴム組成物が、0.5から30phrの間のイソプレンゴムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- ポリイソプレンが天然ゴムである、請求項2に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- 0.5から30phrの間の天然ゴムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- ゴム組成物が、1phr未満のプロセスオイルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- スチレン‐ブタジエンゴムのスチレン含有率が、20重量%から30重量%の間にある、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- スチレン‐ブタジエンゴムのTgが、−25℃から−15℃の間にある、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- スチレン‐ブタジエンゴムのブタジエン部分が、50重量%から80重量%の間のビニル含有率を有する、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- ビニル含有率が55重量%から65重量%の間にある、請求項8に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- R’がHである、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- 組成物が天然ゴムを含まない、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- 組成物がカーボンブラックを本質的に含まない、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- 硫黄硬化系が、スルフェンアミド促進剤、および0.3から0.8phrの間の遊離硫黄を含み、ここで、スルフェンアミド促進剤と硫黄の比率が2から7の間にある、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- 組成物が、シリカ1kg当たり、(1.94x10-3/n)(S)から(2.55x10-3/n)(S)モルの間の量の硫黄含有オルガノシリコンシランカップリング剤を含み、ここで、nは、シランカップリング剤の分子中のシリコン原子の数であり、Sは、シリカのm2/gでのCTAB表面積である、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- トレッド厚さが、着用される前に10mmから19mmの間にある、請求項14に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- シリカが、140m2/gから180m2/gの間のCTABを有する、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- タイヤトレッドがトラックタイヤトレッドである、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- タイヤトレッドがキャップ/基材構造のものであり、キャップ、基材または両方が、架橋性ゴム組成物から製造される、請求項1に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
- 架橋性ゴム組成物系である材料から形成された重量車両タイヤトレッドであって、架橋性ゴム組成物が、ゴム100重量部当たり、
10重量%から35重量%の間のスチレン含有率を有する溶液重合スチレン‐ブタジエンゴムと;
45から110phrの間のシリカと;
シリカ1kg当たり、(1.94x10-3/n)(S)から(2.55x10-3/n)(S)モルの間の硫黄含有オルガノシリコンシランカップリング剤[ただし、nは、シランカップリング剤の分子中のシリコン原子の数であり、Sはシリカのm2/gでのCTAB表面積である。]と;
1から8phrの間のアミド加工助剤であり、その加工助剤が、1種または複数のアミドの形態
スルフェンアミド促進剤、および0から0.8phrの間の遊離硫黄を含み、スルフェンアミド促進剤および硫黄の比率は、遊離硫黄が0.5phr未満でない場合、2から7の間にあり、スルフェンアミド促進剤は2.2から3.2phrの間にある硫黄硬化系とを含むタイヤトレッド。 - ゴム組成物が、10から40phrの間のポリブタジエンをさらに含む、請求項19に記載の重量車両タイヤトレッド。
