Claims (15)
- ゴム組成物に基づく材料から構成された大型車両タイヤ・トレッドであって、前記組成物が、前記ゴム組成物中の全エラストマー100重量部に対して、
10重量%から35重量%までの間のスチレン含有量を有する35から60phrまでの間の溶液重合スチレン−ブタジエンゴムと、
35から60phrまでの間のポリブタジエンと、
45から110phrまでの間のシリカと、シリカ1kgに対してシランカップリング剤としてnがシランカップリング剤の分子中のケイ素原子の数であり且つSがシリカのm2/gのCTAB表面積である(1.94×10−3/n)(S)から(2.55×10−3/n)(S)モルまでの間の硫黄を含有する有機ケイ素化合物と、
スルフェンアミド促進剤と0.3から0.8phrまでの間の遊離硫黄とを備える硫黄硬化系と、
を備え、前記スルフェンアミド促進剤と前記硫黄との比が2から7までの間である、大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。 - 前記ゴム組成物が、0から30phrまでの間のポリイソプレンゴムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、1phr以下の加工油を備える、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記スチレン−ブタジエンゴムのスチレン含有量が、20重量%から30重量%までの間である、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記スチレン−ブタジエンゴムのTgが、−25℃から−15℃までの間である、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記スチレン−ブタジエンゴムのブタジエン部が、50重量%から80重量%までの間のビニル含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記ビニル含有量が、55重量%から65重量%までの間である、請求項6に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記組成物が天然ゴムを含まない、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記組成物が20phr未満のカーボンブラックを含む、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記トレッドがトラックタイヤ・トレッドである、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記トレッドの厚さが、摩耗する前は10mmから19mmまでの間である、請求項10に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記シランカップリング剤が、3,3’−ビス(トリエトキシシリルプロピル)ジスルフィド、3,3’−ビス(トリエトキシ−シリルプロピル)テトラスルフィド、又はこれらの組合せから選択される、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- 前記シリカが、140m2/gから180m2/gまでの間のCTABを有する、請求項1に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
- ゴム組成物に基づく材料から構成された大型車両タイヤ・トレッドであって、前記組成物が、前記ゴム組成物中の全エラストマー100重量部に対して、
10重量%から35重量%までの間のスチレン含有量を有する溶液重合スチレン−ブタジエンゴムと、
45から110phrまでの間のシリカと、シリカ1kgに対してシランカップリング剤としてnがシランカップリング剤の分子中のケイ素原子の数であり且つSがシリカのm2/gのCTAB表面積である(1.94×10−3/n)(S)から(2.55×10−3/n)(S)モルまでの間の硫黄を含有する有機ケイ素化合物と、
スルフェンアミド促進剤と0から0.8phrまでの間の遊離硫黄とを備える硫黄硬化系と、
を備え、前記遊離硫黄が0.2phr未満でない限り前記スルフェンアミド促進剤と前記硫黄との比が2から7までの間であり、前記スルフェンアミド促進剤が2.2から3.2phrまでの間である、大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。 - 前記ゴム組成物が、10から40phrまでの間のポリブタジエンをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の大型車両タイヤ・トレッド。
