Claims (10)
- (1)アノードスライムの前処理と、
(2)アノードスライムの第1浸漬処理と、
(3)アノードスライムの第2浸漬処理と
より成ることを特徴とする高濃度の鉛弗化珪酸溶液を得るため原料として電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムを用いる電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。 - アノードスライムを粉末状とするため上記アノードスライムの前処理において、アノードスライムを空気にさらす前に残存アノード板からアノードスライムを分離せしめることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
- 上記アノードスライムの第1浸漬処理のための浸漬剤が浄水または上記第2浸漬処理液の上澄液であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
- 上記アノードスライムの第2浸漬処理のための浸漬剤が弗化珪酸の稀釈溶液、pH3〜5の弗化珪酸の稀釈溶液またはpH4の弗化珪酸の稀釈溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
- 上記第1及び第2浸漬処理の浸漬温度が30〜50℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
- 上記第1及び第2浸漬処理の浸漬温度が45℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
- 上記第1及び第2浸漬処理の浸漬剤の量が湿ったアノードスライム 1トン当り0.2〜0.4m3 であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
- 上記第1浸漬処理液を電解鉛−ビスマス合金の循環電解液に直接加えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
- 第2浸漬処理液を電解鉛−ビスマス合金の循環電解液に直接加え得るか、または、第1浸漬処理のための浸漬剤として用い得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
- 上記第1及び第2浸漬処理が同一の浸漬プール内でなされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解鉛−ビスマス合金内のアノードスライムの洗浄方法。
