Claims (8)
- 1種以上の金属酸化物からなる酸化物セラミックとその表面に設けられる外装材との間の、特に歯科目的の接着プロモーターであって、混合比95:5〜10:90の純粋な及び/又は処理されたシリケートセラミックと分散媒との混合物からなる接着プロモーター。
- 混合比90:10〜15:85の長石と石英の混合物を特徴とする、請求項1記載の接着プロモーター。
- 前記酸化物セラミックは酸化ジルコニウムセラミック、酸化アルミニウムセラミック又はスピネルセラミックであり、前記外装材はシリケートセラミック、外装コンポジット又はプラスチックであり、前記シリケートセラミックは長石及び石英であり、前記分散媒は水であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の接着プロモーター。
- 前記シリケートセラミックと石英の混合物を分散媒と混合するとゾル状の粘稠性を呈することを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3に記載の接着プロモーター。
- 前記シリケートセラミックと石英の混合物を分散媒と混合すると液状の粘稠性を呈することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の接着プロモーター。
- 特に歯科目的のために、1種以上の金属酸化物からなる酸化物セラミックと該酸化物セラミックの表面に取り付けられる外装材とを結合させるために接着プロモーターを使用する方法であって、外装材を設ける基体はまだ高密度に焼結されていない酸化物セラミック又はその出発材料から製造され、混合比95:5〜10:90のシリケートセラミックと石英の混合物と分散媒とからなり、且つ溶液形態又はゾル形態として提供された接着プロモーターを該基体の被外装面に塗布し、前記被外装面を乾燥させた後に前記基体と塗布された接着プロモーターと共に温度1250℃〜1600℃で高密度に焼結し、次いで高密度に焼結された前記基体の接着プロモーターで処理された表面に外装材を取り付けることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記乾燥は、常温、加熱下、又は硬化/重合によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5の一項以上に記載の接着プロモーターを製造及び塗布するためのキットであって、少なくとも、
−外装材を収容する少なくとも1個の容器、
−石英を収容する少なくとも1個の容器、
−分散媒を収容する少なくとも1個の容器、
−接着プロモーターを混合及び/又は塗布するための器具、
−キットの使用説明書、からなるキット。
