Abstract
【解決手段】外輪2の環状溝7にゴム製の取付部9を嵌め込まれて、内輪1と外輪2との間の環状空間5の軸方向両側を塞ぐ一対のシール6に、軸受内部に向かって突出し、外輪2の内周側から環状溝7の溝縁部14に密着するグリース漏れ防止リップ(弾性リップ)13を設けることにより、シール6が遠心力を受けたグリースに押圧されて軸方向外側へ変位しても、シール6のグリース漏れ防止リップ13がシール取付部9と環状溝7との間に生じる隙間を塞ぐ蓋の役割を果たし、その隙間からのグリース漏れを防止できるようにした。

Claims (4)
- 内輪と外輪との間に配される複数の転動体と、前記内輪と外輪との間の環状空間の軸方向両側を塞ぐ一対のシールとを備え、前記各シールは弾性部材で形成された環状の取付部を有し、その取付部が前記外輪の内周面に設けられた環状溝に嵌め込まれており、前記環状空間に潤滑剤が封入され、前記内輪が固定されて外輪が回転する外輪回転用軸受において、前記各シールに軸受内部に向かって突出する弾性リップを設け、この弾性リップを前記外輪の内周側から前記環状溝の溝縁部に密着させたことを特徴とする外輪回転用軸受。
- 前記外輪の環状溝の軸受内部側の溝縁部が断面円弧状に形成されており、その断面円弧状の溝縁部の全体を前記シールの弾性リップで覆ったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外輪回転用軸受。
- 前記シールは、前記取付部と一体に形成される芯金を有し、その芯金が取付部内で断面クランク状に折り曲げられたものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の外輪回転用軸受。
- 前記外輪の環状溝の内壁にローレット加工を施したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の外輪回転用軸受。
