Abstract
【解決手段】炉内ガスの一部を吸引して炉外に設けた脱酸素装置と除湿装置を有するリファイナに導入してガス中の酸素と水分を除去して露点を低下し、露点を低下したガスを炉内に戻すようにした縦型焼鈍炉で、炉内からリファイナへのガス吸引口を、加熱帯下部の鋼帯導入部から鉛直方向距離が6m以下でかつ炉長方向距離が3m以下である炉入側近傍に少なくとも1箇所設けることを特徴とする鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。

Description
ここで、「前記吸引口からガス吸引しない条件」とは、リファイナを同一流量で稼動させて前記吸引口からガス吸引しない条件である。
(i)炉入側はもっとも露点が高くなりやすいので、効率的な除湿が可能となる。
(ii)炉入側に吸引口を設けることで、均熱帯→加熱帯への大きなガス流れが形成されるため、高露点の炉入側の雰囲気が、鋼帯温度が高温になる加熱帯後半以降の領域に侵入するのを防止できる。
(iii)炉入口はガス出口でもあるため、リファイナガスを最大限炉内に作用させることができる。
本発明は、このような視点に基づきなされたものである。
板厚0.8〜1.2mm、板幅950〜1000mmの範囲の鋼帯を用い、焼鈍温度800℃、通板速度100〜120mpmで出来る限り条件を統一した試験を行った。鋼帯の合金成分を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 鋼帯を上下方向に搬送する加熱帯、均熱帯及び冷却帯がこの順に配置され、炉外より雰囲気ガスを炉内に供給し、炉内ガスを加熱帯下部の鋼帯導入部から排出するとともに、炉内ガスの一部を吸引して炉外に設けた脱酸素装置と除湿装置を有するリファイナに導入してガス中の酸素と水分を除去して露点を低下し、露点を低下したガスを炉内に戻すように構成された縦型焼鈍炉であって、
炉内からリファイナへのガス吸引口を、加熱帯下部の鋼帯導入部から鉛直方向距離が6m以下でかつ炉長方向距離が3m以下である炉入側近傍に少なくとも1箇所設けることを特徴とする鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉。 - 請求項1に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍炉を用いて鋼帯を連続焼鈍するに際して、前記炉入側近傍の吸引口からのガス吸引量の上限は、前記吸引口からガス吸引しない条件に対して、当該吸引口近傍の炉内ガスの露点上昇が3℃未満になるように制御することを特徴とする鋼帯の連続焼鈍方法。
ここで、「前記吸引口からガス吸引しない条件」とは、リファイナを同一流量で稼動させて前記吸引口からガス吸引しない条件である。 - 請求項1に記載の連続焼鈍炉の下流に溶融亜鉛めっき設備を備えることを特徴とする連続溶融亜鉛めっき設備。
- 請求項2に記載の方法で鋼帯を連続焼鈍した後、溶融亜鉛めっきすることを特徴とする溶融亜鉛めっき鋼帯の製造方法。
