前記各帯において、前記ガス吐出口およびガス排出口のうち一方が上部に、他方が下部に位置することを特徴とする鋼帯の連続焼鈍装置。

D:高さ(Da:連結部の高さ、Db:帯の高さ)
W:奥行き(Wa:連結部の奥行き、Wb:帯の奥行き、図2では図示せず)
とすると、以下の式(3)を満足することが好ましい。

Claims (6)
- 加熱帯、均熱帯および冷却帯がこの順に並置された縦型焼鈍炉を有し、該縦型焼鈍炉の内部で上下方向に搬送されつつ前記各帯を前記順に通過する鋼帯に対して焼鈍を行う鋼帯の連続焼鈍装置であって、
前記加熱帯と前記均熱帯との間、および前記均熱帯と前記冷却帯との間には、スロートが設けられ、前記加熱帯、均熱帯および冷却帯は前記スロートを介して隣接する帯と連通し、
各々の前記スロートには、仕切り板、シールロール、ダンパー、またはエアーカーテンを発生する気体式分離装置の少なくとも一つを含む雰囲気分離部が設けられ、該雰囲気分離部によって、隣接する帯の雰囲気が分離され、
前記縦型焼鈍炉内にガスを導入するガス吐出口および前記縦型焼鈍炉内からガスを排出するガス排出口が、前記加熱帯、均熱帯および冷却帯にそれぞれ設けられ、
前記各帯において、前記ガス吐出口およびガス排出口のうち一方が上部に、他方が下部に位置することを特徴とする鋼帯の連続焼鈍装置。 - 前記加熱帯の前に予熱帯が配置され、該予熱帯と前記加熱帯との間にもスロートが設けられ、前記予熱帯と前記加熱帯とは該スロートを介して連通し、該スロートにも前記雰囲気分離部が設けられ、該雰囲気分離部によって前記予熱帯と前記加熱帯の雰囲気が分離され、前記予熱帯において、前記ガス吐出口およびガス排出口のうち一方が上部に、他方が下部に位置する請求項1に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍装置。
- 前記全ての帯において、前記ガス吐出口が下部に位置し、前記ガス排出口が上部に位置する請求項1または2に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍装置。
- 各帯のガス排出口の1箇所あたりの流量Q(m3/hr)が以下の式(1)および式(2)の条件を満足する請求項3に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍装置。

ここで、V0(m3):各帯の容積、V(m3):一対のガス吐出口/ガス排出口あたりの各帯の容積、とする。 - 前記全ての帯の長さが、いずれも7m以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の鋼帯の連続焼鈍装置と、前記冷却帯から排出される鋼帯に溶融亜鉛めっきを施す溶融亜鉛めっき装置と、を有する連続溶融亜鉛めっき装置。
