Abstract
【解決手段】δ−FeOOHの生成反応の際にFe100重量部に対して0.1〜10.0重量部のAlを含有させた板状酸化鉄であって、板面方向の平均粒子径が0.1〜5.0μm、板面に対して法線方向の平均厚みが20〜100nmであり、平均板状比が5:1〜100:1の範囲にある雲母状もしくは板状を呈し、かつ粉体色の位相角tan-1(b/a)が50°以上であることを特徴とするAl含有黄色系板状酸化鉄顔料及びその製造方法並びにそれを配合した化粧料である。

B:成分8〜10を加熱混合する。
C:BをAに添加して均一に混合し、金皿にプレス成型してプレス状チークカラーを得た。

(製造方法)
A:成分7〜11をヘンシェルミキサーにて撹拌混合する。
B:成分1〜6にAを加え、撹拌機にて均一に分散する。
C:別の容器に成分12〜20を加熱溶解する。
D:BにCを加え乳化した後、40℃まで冷却し、成分21を加え、室温まで冷却し、マスカラを得た。
Claims (3)
- Fe100重量部に対して0.1〜10.0重量部のAlを含有し、板面方向の平均粒子径が0.1〜5.0μm、板面に対して法線方向の平均厚みが20〜100nmであり、平均板状比が5:1〜100:1の範囲にある雲母状もしくは板状を呈しており、かつ粉体色の位相角tan−1(b/a)が50°以上であることを特徴とするAl含有黄色系板状酸化鉄顔料。
- 請求項1に記載のAl含有黄色系板状酸化鉄顔料を配合した化粧料。
- 不活性ガス雰囲気中で第一鉄塩水溶液に中和当量以上のアルカリ水溶液を加えて水酸化第一鉄スラリーを形成する工程、
得られた水酸化第一鉄スラリーを60〜100℃にて熟成させ、更に、50℃以下に冷却する工程、及び
熟成させた水酸化第一鉄スラリーを酸化剤を用いて酸化させる工程、
を含む、請求項1に記載のAl含有黄色系板状酸化鉄顔料の製造方法であって、
前記アルカリ水溶液、前記第一鉄塩水溶液、又はこれらを反応させて形成した前記水酸化第一鉄スラリーのいずれかに、Fe100重量部に対してAl換算で0.1〜10.0重量部の水可溶性アルミニウム化合物を添加することを特徴とする前記方法。
