Abstract
【解決手段】このLED照明装置は、複数の放熱フィンと、放熱フィンの上部に一体で連結された放熱プレートと、を有するヒートシンクと、放熱プレート上に搭載された回路基板を有し、ヒートシンクの上部に位置する発光モジュールと、ヒートシンクの下部に位置する電源接続部と、電源接続部と発光モジュールを電気的に連結する配線を収容可能に、ヒートシンクに形成された配線通路と、放熱プレートの上部に凹設されたスロットと、スロットの一側に形成され、配線が通過するための配線孔と、を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 複数の放熱フィンと、前記放熱フィンの上部に一体で連結された放熱プレートと、を有するヒートシンクと、
前記放熱プレート上に搭載された回路基板を有し、前記ヒートシンクの上部に位置する発光モジュールと、
前記ヒートシンクの下部に位置する電源接続部と、
前記電源接続部と前記発光モジュールを電気的に連結する配線を収容可能に、前記ヒートシンクに形成された配線通路と、
前記放熱プレートの上部に凹設されたスロットと、
前記スロットの一側に形成され、前記配線が通過するための配線孔と、
を備えることを特徴とするLED照明装置。 - 前記配線孔と前記配線通路とは、相互連通されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記発光モジュールは、前記配線通路に収容された配線を介して交流電源Vinを供給されて発光することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記スロットの深さは、前記配線の厚さと同じまたは前記配線の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記スロットは、前記配線孔を通過した前記配線の一部を水平または傾斜して維持させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
