Claims (5)
- 다수의 LED(L)가 배치된 광원부(11)의 빛이 출사되는 전방에 직하광원 방식으로 빛을 수광하여 면발광하며, PC(Polycarbonate)수지 또는 PMMA(Poly Methyl Meta Acrylate)수지와 광확산제를 혼합조성한 광확산 판재로 이루어진 광투과커버(P)가 설치된 조명부(10)와;상기 광원부(11)에 일 측이 결합되어 광원부(11)에서 발생된 열이 인가되며, 타측에 광투과커버(P)가 결합되어 광투과커버(P)를 위치고정시키는 방열기구부(20)와;상기 방열기구부(20)의 외측에 구비되어 외장을 형성하고, 방열기구부(20)와 내측면이 일정한 간격을 유지하며 배치되어 외부의 공기가 방열기구부(20)와 내측면 사이로 통과하며 열교환을 수행하는 열교환통로(31)를 포함하는 방열케이스(30);를 포함하며,상기 방열기구부(20)는, 광원부(11)의 구성으로 LED(L)가 다수 실장된 인쇄회로기판(B)에 도포되어 LED(L)에서 발생된 열이 인가되는 히트싱크 폴리머(21)와; 상기 광투과커버(P)의 외주면에 일측이 결합되고, 타측이 광원부(11)의 인쇄회로기판(B) 및 인쇄회로기판(B)에 도포된 히트싱크 폴리머(21)와 접촉되도록 결합되어 인쇄회로기판(B)과 히트싱크 폴리머(21)에 인가된 열이 전달되는 히트싱크 프레임(22)로 이루어지고,상기 방열케이스(30)는, 열교환통로(31)의 입구(32)와 출구(33)에 각각 결합되어 방열기구부(20)와의 결합상태를 유지함과 동시에 공기를 통과시키도록 전면에 걸쳐 다수의 통공이 형성된 펀칭플레이트(34)를 포함하며,상기 광원부(11)는, 장치의 구동원이 되는 교류전원을 입력받아 LED(L)를 구동시키기 위한 전원으로 변환하여 출력하는 브릿지 다이오드 정류회로부(12)와; 상기 브릿지 다이오드 정류회로부(12)를 통해 입력된 전원에 의해 발광되기 위해 특정 개수의 LED(L)가 직렬로 연결되어 입력된 전원의 전압강하를 통해 목적하는 전압을 공급받아 발광하는 LED 구동부(13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직하광원 방식의 면광원이 적용된 조명기구.
