Abstract
【解決手段】太陽電池モジュール6では、導電性接着層2と、導電性接着層2の表面に形成される光反射層3とを備える導電性接着シート1が、複数の裏面電極型太陽電池セル5のそれぞれの裏面電極4間を、光反射層3が複数の裏面電極型太陽電池セル5間の隙間から表側に露出するように、接続する。

Description
本発明は、導電性接着シートおよび太陽電池モジュール、詳しくは、導電性接着シート、および、それによって裏面電極が接続される複数の裏面電極型太陽電池セルを備える太陽電池モジュールに関する。
(導電性接着層の作製)
エポキシ樹脂(YSLV−80XY、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂、新日鐵化学社製)32質量部、フェノール樹脂(MEH−7851−SS、フェノール・アラルキル樹脂、明和化成社製)33質量部、アクリル樹脂(LAポリマー、アクリル系ポリマー、クラレ社製)30質量部および活性剤(2−フェノキシ安息香酸)5質量部を配合することにより、樹脂組成物を混練物として調製した。
アクリル樹脂A(SG−700AS、アクリル系ポリマー、ナガセケムテックス社製)41質量部、アクリル樹脂B(UC−3510、アクリル系ポリマー、東亞合成社製)1.7質量部、エポキシ樹脂A(KI−3000、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、JER社製)7.9質量部、エポキシ樹脂B(エピコートYL980、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、JER社製)21質量部、フェノール樹脂(MEHC−7800H、フェノール・アラルキル樹脂、明和化成社製)28質量部、硬化剤(TPP−K、テトラフェニルホスホニウムテトラフェニルボレート、北興化学工業社製)0.068質量部を、メチルエチルケトン41質量部に配合して、ワニスを調製した。
導電性接着層と光反射層とを互いに貼着することにより、導電性接着シートを作製した(図1参照)。
導電性接着層の作製において、樹脂組成物と、鉛フリーはんだ粒子と、銅粒子との体積比を、30:35:35となるように混練した以外は、実施例1と同様に処理して、導電性接着層を作製し、続いて、導電性接着シートを作製した。
導電性接着層の作製において、樹脂組成物と、鉛フリーはんだ粒子と、銅粒子との体積比を、30:50:20となるように混練した以外は、実施例1と同様に処理して、導電性接着層を作製し、続いて、導電性接着シートを作製した。
導電性接着層の作製において、鉛フリーはんだ粒子(42Sn−58Bi)に代えて、鉛フリーはんだ粒子(Sn−Ag−Cu、質量比で、96.5:3:0.5、融点220℃、球形状、平均粒子径35μm)を配合した以外は、実施例1と同様に処理して、導電性接着層を作製し、続いて、導電性接着シートを作製した。
導電性接着層の作製において、樹脂組成物と、鉛フリーはんだ粒子と、銅粒子との体積比を、30:10:60となるように混練した以外は、実施例1と同様に処理して、導電性接着層を作製し、続いて、導電性接着シートを作製した。
光反射層の作製において、酸化チタン粒子を混合しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様に処理して、アクリル樹脂AおよびBと、フェノール樹脂と、エポキシ樹脂AおよびBと、硬化剤とからなる樹脂層を作製し、続いて、導電性接着シートを作製した。
1. 接着性
各実施例および各比較例の導電性接着シートと、表面および裏面が錫で被覆(めっき)された銅箔とを接着して、それらの導通検査を実施することによって、導電性接着シートの接着性を評価した。
2. 光反射性
各実施例および各比較例の導電性接着シートの、波長460nmの光に対する光反射率を、分光測定器で測定することにより評価した。

Claims (9)
- 導電性接着層と、
前記導電性接着層の厚み方向一方面に形成される光反射層と
を備えることを特徴とする、導電性接着シート。 - 前記導電性接着層は、
鉛フリーはんだ粒子、高融点金属粒子および樹脂を含有する導電性接着組成物から形成されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導電性接着シート。 - 前記鉛フリーはんだ粒子の融点が、200℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の導電性接着シート。
- 前記鉛フリーはんだ粒子は、錫−ビスマス合金であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の導電性接着シート。
- 前記鉛フリーはんだ粒子の配合割合が、前記導電性接着組成物に対して、15体積%以上90体積%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の導電性接着シート。
- 前記樹脂は、熱硬化性樹脂を含有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の導電性接着シート。
- 前記導電性接着組成物は、活性剤をさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の導電性接着シート。
- 前記光反射層は、酸化チタン粒子を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の導電性接着シート。
- 互いに間隔を隔てて複数配置される裏面電極型太陽電池セルと、
前記複数の裏面電極型太陽電池セルのそれぞれの裏面電極間を、前記光反射層が前記複数の裏面電極型太陽電池セル間の隙間から表側に露出するように、接続する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の導電性接着シートと
を備えることを特徴とする、太陽電池モジュール。
