Abstract

複合構造を貫通して延伸し、少なくとも部分的に支持構造を貫通して延伸する支持構造孔と共通の軸線を共有する複合構造孔であって、複合構造孔および支持構造孔が、それぞれ共通の軸線を取り囲む内面を備える、複合構造孔と、
外面を含むシャンクを備える締め具であって、複合構造孔を貫通し、少なくとも部分的に支持構造孔を貫通し、シャンクの外面と複合構造孔の内面との間に環状空間を提供する、締め具と、
環状空間内に配置され、接着剤内に懸濁した導電性粒子を含む導電性ペーストであって、導電性ペースト内の導電性粒子の体積が、導電性ペースト内の接着剤の体積を超える、導電性ペーストと
を備える、締め具システム。
支持構造に隣接して配置された複合構造と、
複合構造を貫通して延伸する複合構造孔を備える複合構造、
少なくとも部分的に支持構造を貫通して延伸する支持構造孔を備える支持構造、ならびに同軸である複合構造孔および支持構造孔であって、それぞれ内面を備える複合構造孔および支持構造孔と、
外面を含むシャンクを備える締め具であって、複合構造孔を貫通し、少なくとも部分的に支持構造孔を貫通し、シャンクの外面と複合構造孔の内面との間に環状空間を提供する、締め具と、
環状空間内に配置され、接着剤内に懸濁した導電性粒子を含む導電性ペーストであって、環状空間の中に配置された導電性ペーストの総体積に対する導電性粒子の体積比が、0.70を超える、導電性ペーストと
を備える、導電性結合部。
約30ミクロンの平均粒子寸法を含む導電性粒子を接着剤と混合して、導電性ペーストの総体積に対する導電性粒子の体積比が約0.74である導電性ペーストを提供するステップと、
複合構造を支持構造に隣接して配置するステップと、
複合構造および支持構造を貫通して同軸に延伸する孔を設けるステップと、
支持構造の反対側に複合構造内の孔と同軸に皿穴を形成するステップと、
皿穴および孔を導電性ペーストで少なくとも部分的に充填するステップと、
近位頭部とねじ山付き遠位端部との間に配置されたシャンクを含む締め具を提供するステップと、
頭部が皿穴内に配置され、ねじ山付き遠位端部が支持構造を越えて延伸するように、孔の中に貫通して締め具を挿入するステップと、
締め具のねじ山付き遠位端部にナットを螺合させるステップと、
ナットを締め付けて、それによって複合構造と、締め具と、導電性ペーストとの間に電気的接触を提供するステップと
を含む。

Claims (12)
- 複合構造(21)を支持構造(22)に結合するための締め具システム(20)であって、
前記複合構造を貫通して延伸し、前記支持構造を少なくとも部分的に貫通して延伸する支持構造孔(25)と共通の軸線(24)を共有する複合構造孔(23)であって、前記複合構造孔および支持構造孔が、それぞれ前記共通の軸線を取り囲む内面(26,27)を備える、複合構造孔(23)と、
外面(33)を含むシャンク(32)を備える締め具(28)であって、前記複合構造孔を貫通し、少なくとも部分的に前記支持構造孔を貫通し、前記シャンクの前記外面と前記複合構造孔の前記内面との間に環状空間(34)を提供する、締め具(28)と、
前記環状空間内に配置され、接着剤(43)内に懸濁した導電性粒子(42)を含む導電性ペースト(41)であって、前記導電性ペースト内の前記導電性粒子の体積が、前記導電性ペースト内の前記接着剤の体積を超える、導電性ペースト(41)と
を備える、締め具システム(20)。 - 前記環状空間(34)内の前記導電性ペースト(41)の総体積に対する前記導電性粒子(42)の体積比が0.64を超える、請求項1に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記環状空間(34)内の前記導電性ペースト(41)の総体積に対する前記導電性粒子(42)の体積比が0.70を超える、請求項1に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記導電性粒子(42)が球形である、請求項3に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記環状空間(34)内の前記導電性ペースト(41)の総体積に対する前記導電性粒子(42)の体積比が約0.74である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記導電性粒子(42)が球形であり、約30ミクロンの平均粒子直径を含む、請求項5に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記導電性粒子(42)が、銅、ニッケル、クロム、アルミニウム、それらの混合物、およびそれらの合金からなる群から選択される材料から製造される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記導電性ペースト(41)が10,000cP未満の粘度を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記導電性ペースト(41)が、約1500〜約3000cPの範囲の粘度を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記支持構造孔(25)が、前記支持構造(22)を貫通して延伸しており、前記締め具(28)が、前記支持構造を越えて配置されたねじ山付き遠位端部(36)から前記シャンク(32)の反対側に配置された頭部(35)を備える近位端を含み、前記ねじ山付き遠位端部(36)が、前記複合構造(21)から前記支持構造の反対側に配置されたナット(37)に螺合される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 前記複合構造孔(23)が、前記締め具(28)の前記頭部(35)を収容するための凹所(46)を含む、請求項10に記載の締め具システム(20)。
- 複合構造(21)を支持構造(22)に機械的かつ導電的に結合する方法であって、
約30ミクロンの平均粒子寸法を含む導電性粒子(42)を接着剤(43)と混合して、導電性ペーストの総体積に対する導電性粒子の体積比が約0.74である前記導電性ペースト(41)を提供するステップと、
前記複合構造を前記支持構造に隣接して配置するステップと、
前記複合構造および支持構造を貫通して同軸に延伸する孔(23,25)を設けるステップと、
前記支持構造の反対側に前記複合構造内の前記孔と同軸に皿穴(46)を形成するステップと、
前記皿穴および前記孔を前記導電性ペーストで少なくとも部分的に充填するステップと、
近位頭部(35)とねじ山付き遠位端部(36)との間に配置されたシャンク(32)を含む締め具(28)を提供するステップと、
前記近位頭部が前記皿穴内に配置され、前記ねじ山付き遠位端部(36)が前記支持構造を越えて延伸するように、前記孔の中に貫通して前記締め具を挿入するステップと、
前記締め具の前記ねじ山付き遠位端部(36)にナット(37)を螺合させるステップと、
前記ナットを締め付けて、それによって前記複合構造と、前記締め具と、前記導電性ペーストとの間に電気的接触を提供するステップと
