Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 電磁エネルギー保護をもたらす複合構造体用の締め具システムであって、
球面状の係合面を有するヘッド及び複合構造体内の孔を通して挿入するための、前記ヘッドから延在するシャンクを有する自己整列ヘッド(SAH)締め具、並びに
前記シャンクを受容するのど部及び前記ヘッドの前記球面状の係合面に接合する球面状の合わせ面を有する自己整列自己シール型(SASS)ワッシャー
を備える締め具システム。 - 前記SASSワッシャーは、SAH締め具シャンクの角度変位を調整するために前記のど部内にフレアが更に組み込まれる、請求項1に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記SASSワッシャーにはシールリリーフが更に組み込まれ、前記シールリリーフ内で受容されるシールを更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記孔の中で受容され、前記SAH締め具の前記シャンクを受容する、フランジ及び本体部を有するスリーブであって、前記本体部が、前記孔の中への挿入のためにサイズ調整され、且つ締まりばめするために前記シャンクが挿入される時の膨張のためにサイズ調整される、スリーブを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記SAH締め具シャンクが、挿入時に前記スリーブを膨張させるためのテーパを有する、請求項4に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記スリーブの前記フランジ及び前記本体部は、前記SAH締め具シャンクの挿入位置合わせのためのフィレットで結合する、請求項5に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記SASSワッシャーは、前記スリーブの前記フランジに係合するボトムランドが組み込まれる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記SAH締め具ヘッドと前記SASSワッシャーの厚みが予め定められ、前記SAH締め具シャンクに対する角度変位限界値が確立される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記SAH締め具ヘッドの前記厚みが、前記シャンクの直径の0.17から0.6倍の範囲内にあり、且つ前記SASSワッシャーの前記厚みが、前記シャンクの直径の0.19から0.67倍の範囲内にあり、それにより+/−2度から+/−7度の間の角度変位範囲がもたらされる、請求項8に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記SASSワッシャーには筒状の脚部の内側のシールリリーフが組み込まれ、前記シールリリーフ内で受容されるシールを更に備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記シールが、上部及び底部の矩形ビードを有するポリマーOリングを備える、請求項10に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記SASSワッシャーには挟着面から径方向内側の角度が付いた膨張容積を有する外径から延在するシールリリーフが組み込まれ、前記シールリリーフ内で受容されるシールを更に備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の締め具システム。
- 前記シールが、前記角度が付いた膨張容積内で受容される角張ったビードを有する矩形リングを備える、請求項12に記載の締め具システム。
- EME保護締め具システムを取り付ける方法であって、
締め具挿入用の複合構造体の表面における孔を識別すること、
フランジが前記構造体の前記表面と接触した状態で、スリーブの本体を前孔内に挿入すること、
SASSワッシャー内のシールリリーフ内にシールを挿入すること、
ボトムランドがスリーブフランジと接触する状態で、前記孔及び前記スリーブフランジの上に前記SASSワッシャーを位置付けすること、
SAH締め具を前記スリーブ内に挿入すること、
前記スリーブ本体とSAH締め具シャンクとの間、及び前記スリーブ本体と複合孔との間の両方の間の締まりばめのために前記スリーブを膨張させること、
前記SAH締め具のヘッド上の球面状の係合面を前記SASSワッシャー上の球面状の合わせ面に接合させ、それにより前記孔の非直交性に起因する前記SAH締め具内の角度オフセットを調整すること、並びに
内部ねじ山付き締め具を前記SAH締め具の端部の中のねじ山にねじ付けること
を含む方法。 - 前記SAH締め具を前記スリーブに挿入することが、前記スリーブの前記フランジと前記スリーブの前記本体部との間の隅肉接合及び前記SAH締め具のシャンク上のテーパ部によって誘導される、請求項14に記載の方法。
