【解決手段】回路付サスペンション基板1は、スライダ2が搭載されるステージ11と、ステージ11を支持する連結部12と、ステージ11と間隔を隔てて対向し、連結部12に連結されるアウトリガー部8と、ステージ11およびアウトリガー部8の間に設けられる駆動部30とを備え、駆動部30は、ヒータ20と、ヒータ20が発熱することによって熱膨張する膨張部40とを備える。

Claims (5)
- スライダが搭載される搭載部と、
前記搭載部の一端部を支持する支持部と、
前記搭載部と間隔を隔てて対向する対向部と、
前記搭載部および前記対向部の間に設けられる駆動部と
を備え、
前記駆動部は、
ヒータと、
前記ヒータが発熱することによって熱膨張する膨張部と
を備える
ことを特徴とする、回路付サスペンション基板。 - 前記対向部は、2つ設けられ、
前記駆動部は、
一方の前記対向部と前記搭載部との間に設けられる第1駆動部と、
他方の前記対向部と前記搭載部との間に設けられる第2駆動部と
を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回路付サスペンション基板。 - 前記第1駆動部および前記第2駆動部のうち、いずれか一方を選択的に駆動させるための第1駆動回路を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の回路付サスペンション基板。
- 前記第1駆動部および前記第2駆動部の両方を駆動させるための第2駆動回路を備えることを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の回路付サスペンション基板。
- 前記ヒータは、葛折状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回路付サスペンション基板。
