Abstract
【解決手段】トルク伝達要素19が係合するトラック溝30を内周に形成したカップ部12と、カップ部12の底部に形成された軸部13とを2つ以上の別部材で構成し、カップ部12を形成するカップ部材12aと軸部13を形成する軸部材13bとを接合してなる等速自在継手10の外側継手部材11の溶接方法において、カップ部材12aと軸部材13bは、その端部72、73、74、75を突合せたとき密閉された中空空洞部47が形成される形状を備えており、中空空洞部47が大気圧以下の状態で、カップ部材12aと軸部材13bの突合せた端部72、73、74、75を溶融溶接することを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- トルク伝達要素が係合するトラック溝を内周に形成したカップ部と、このカップ部の底部に形成された軸部とを2つ以上の別部材で構成し、前記カップ部を形成するカップ部材と前記軸部を形成する軸部材とを接合してなる等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法において、
前記カップ部材と前記軸部材は、その端部を突合せたとき密閉された中空空洞部が形成される形状を備えており、前記中空空洞部が大気圧以下の状態で、前記カップ部材と前記軸部材の突合せた端部を溶融溶接することを特徴とする等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法。 - 前記中空空洞部の大気圧以下の状態が、前記カップ部材と前記軸部材の全体を密閉空間内に収容し、この密閉空間を大気圧以下に減圧することにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法。
- 前記中空空洞部の大気圧以下の状態が、前記カップ部材と前記軸部材の端部近傍のみを密閉空間内に収容し、この密閉空間を大気圧以下に減圧することにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法。
- 前記密閉空間を大気圧以下に減圧する際、前記カップ部材と前記軸部材の端部間に隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法。
- 前記溶融溶接がレーザ溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法。
- 前記溶融溶接が電子ビーム溶接であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法。
- 前記カップ部材と前記軸部材の端部を溶接前に300℃〜650℃に予熱することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法。
- 前記溶融溶接した部位の硬度がHv200〜500であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手の外側継手部材の溶接方法。
- トルク伝達要素が係合するトラック溝を内周に形成したカップ部と、該カップ部の底部に形成された軸部とを2つ以上の別部材で構成し、前記カップ部を形成するカップ部材と前記軸部を形成する軸部材とを溶接してなる等速自在継手の外側継手部材において、
前記カップ部材と前記軸部材は、その端部を突合せたとき密閉された中空空洞部が形成される形状を備えており、突合せた前記端部が溶融溶接されていることを特徴とする等速自在継手の外側継手部材。
