Abstract
【解決手段】ウォームギヤは、モータの回転が伝達されるシャフトが挿通される貫通孔が形成されているウォームと、ウォームと噛み合い、出力軸に回転を伝達するウォームホイールと、を備える。ウォームは、歯直角ピッチをE、歯底円の半径をF、歯底円よりウォーム軸中心に向かって形成された凹部の歯底円からの深さをG、凹部のウォーム軸方向への幅をHとすると、式(1) H/E≧0.6 式(2) (F−J/2)×0.25≧G≧E×0.1を満たすように構成されている。

Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る減速機付DCモータ100を出力軸側から見た正面図である。なお、図1は、後述するウォームとウォームホイールとの噛み合い部が見えるように、筐体の一部が切り欠かれた状態を示している。

したがって、凹部の幅Hは、式(8)、式(9)より、

=(m2/(4tan(θ/2)))×(π/2−Xh−2hfc・tanα)2・・・式(12)で表される。
この式(12)により、各実施例、各比較例のグリス溜まりの面積Sを算出した。

- モータの回転が伝達されるシャフトが挿通される貫通孔が形成されているウォームと、
前記ウォームと噛み合い、出力軸に回転を伝達するウォームホイールと、を備え、
前記ウォームは、
歯直角ピッチをE、歯底円の半径をF、歯底円よりウォーム軸中心に向かって形成された凹部の歯底円からの深さをG、前記凹部のウォーム軸方向への幅をH、前記貫通孔の内径をJとすると、
式(1) H/E≧0.6
式(2) (F−J/2)×0.25≧G≧E×0.1
を満たすように構成されていることを特徴とするウォームギヤ。 - モータの回転が伝達されるシャフトが挿通される貫通孔が形成されているウォームと、

前記ウォームは、金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のウォームギヤ。 - 前記ウォームホイールは、出力軸と一体で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のウォームギヤ。
- 前記ウォームは、歯先Rが0.2mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のウォームギヤ。
