Abstract
【解決手段】上面が開放した容器本体に食品を収容した殺菌後の食品入容器を密閉する食品の包装方法であって、前記食品入容器における容器本体の開放部分を通気性を有する気体透過性フィルムで覆った一次加工済食品入容器を加熱殺菌中又は加熱殺菌した後に、該一次加工済食品入容器の内部を陽圧状態にし、該陽圧状態の一次加工済食品入容器における気体透過性フィルムの少なくとも前記開放部分を含んだ領域に気密性材を積層し、前記一次加工済食品入容器内を密閉するようにした。

Claims (3)
- 上面が開放した容器本体に食品を収容した殺菌後の食品入容器を密閉する食品の包装方法であって、前記食品入容器における容器本体の開放部分を通気性を有する気体透過性フィルムで覆った一次加工済食品入容器を加熱殺菌中又は加熱殺菌した後に、該一次加工済食品入容器の内部を陽圧状態にし、該陽圧状態の一次加工済食品入容器における気体透過性フィルムの少なくとも前記開放部分を含んだ領域に気密性材を積層し、前記一次加工済食品入容器内を密閉するようにしたことを特徴とする食品の包装方法。
- 加圧気体を前記気体透過性フィルムを介して一次加工済食品入容器の内部に導入して該一次加工済食品入容器の内部を陽圧状態にするようにした請求項1に記載の食品の包装方法。
- 前記容器本体の開放部分が前記気体透過性フィルムで覆われた一次加工済食品入容器を加熱することによって、該一次加工済食品入容器の内部を陽圧状態にするようにした請求項1に記載の食品の包装方法。
