Abstract

Claims (11)
- 航空機着陸装置の車輪用の電動機であって、
空隙を介して配置された、少なくとも1つの回転子および少なくとも1つの固定子を含み、
前記回転子が回転するように前記車輪に結合され、前記固定子は、輪軸および/またはトルク管に結合されて前記車輪が電動機化される、電動機。 - さらに前記電動機は、前記車輪を制動するように、航空機着陸装置の車輪の発電機として作用するように構成される、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記回転子は、固有の磁束界磁を有する永久磁石を備え、前記固定子は、前記回転子の磁束界磁との相互作用する磁束界磁を生成するように電力入力端子を備えた導体を備え、磁気トルクを前記回転子に印加して、航空機着陸装置の車輪に電動機動作が作用するように構成される、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記電動機は、制御装置を備えたブラシレスの接線方向磁束電動機/発電機を備えた電動機であり、
回転子の永久磁石と固定子の電界磁束間の相互作用により磁気トルクが生成され、前記永久磁石は軸線方向に整列しかつ関連する固定子界磁コイルと整列した磁束によってN極とS極とを交番し、
少なくとも1つのホール効果センサを用いて前記固定子に対する前記回転子の位置を検出し、検出された回転子の位置情報は、前記制御装置の処理装置へ送られ、
連続的にトルクを生成させて電動機に供給して前記固定子コイルを励磁させて前記固定子界磁コイルに印加された電力と同期させて磁気トルクが生成さられるように、前記処理装置よりの制御信号は、光アイソレータを経て電力貯蔵装置および/または搭載型電力源からの電力を前記固定子界磁コイルに印加する多相ブラシレス整流駆動制御器に送られ、
前記車輪の電動機内部において順方向または逆方向で電動機動作を起こすためのユーザ入力を開始するために、前記光アイソレータを介して情報を前記処理装置に供給するユーザ制動/電動の前記制御装置からの入力に応じて、電動機動作が順方向または逆方向のいずれかで行われる、請求項3に記載の電動機。 - 前記発電機は、制御装置を備えたブラシレスの接線方向磁束電動機/発電機を備えた発電機であり、
回転子の永久磁石と固定子のコイルの相対的動きにより電力が生成され、前記永久磁石は軸線方向に整列しかつ関連する固定子界磁コイルと整列した磁束によってN極とS極とを交番することにより、発電機動作が行われ、
固定子界磁コイルによって回生制動/多相整流制御器への電力接続が設けられ、変動多相電力信号が前記固定子と前記回転子が相対的に動くことにより多相電力信号が固定子界磁コイル内に生成され、
処理装置制御信号が電力貯蔵および/または電力散逸に必要であり直流電力信号が前記回生制動/多相整流制御器から電力貯蔵装置および/または搭載型電力源に送られるか、かつ/または発生電力の散逸のために電力散逸抵抗器に送られる場合には、前記変動多相電力信号は、ユーザ制動/電動の前記制御装置からの入力に応じて、変動多相電力信号を直流信号に変換する前記回生制動/多相整流制御器へと送られる、請求項4に記載の発電機。 - 前記回生制動/多相整流制御器は、前記処理装置の制御信号により多相電力を電動制動制御器に供給し、
電力を他の固定子の固定子界磁コイルに供給して前記回転子の回転方向とは逆方向に電動することによって制動効果を増大させて制動電動効果が与えられるように、多相電力信号は、同じまたは他の固定子の固定子磁界コイルに印加される、請求項5に記載の発電機。 - 前記電動機は、軸線方向磁束電動機ではなく電気電動機である、請求項1に記載の航空機着陸装置の車輪用の電動機。
- 前記電動機は、航空機用着陸装置の車輪内に備えられている、請求項1に記載の航空機着陸装置の車輪用の電動機。
- 前記電動機は、輪軸および/またはトルク管に備えられている、請求項1に記載の航空機着陸装置の車輪用の電動機。
- 前記電動機/発電機は、航空機用着陸装置の車輪内に備えられている、請求項2に記載の航空機着陸装置の車輪用の電動機。
- 前記電動機/発電機は、輪軸および/またはトルク管に備えられている、請求項2に記載の航空機着陸装置の車輪用の電動機。
