Description
センサとしては、永久磁石の運動に伴う磁極の変化から永久磁石の位置を検出可能であり、ホール効果を利用したホール素子が好ましい。このセンサを用いることにより、永久磁石のS極から次のS極までを2πとしたときに、永久磁石がこのどこにあっても永久磁石の位置がホール素子によって検出可能である。ホール素子としてはパルスを発生する方式のもののほか、磁極強度に応じたアナログ値を出力するものがある。
、インバータ310の出力はトランジスタ332に供給されている。アンドゲート304の出力はインバータ316,314に供給され、インバータ316の出力は反転されてトランジスタ334に供給され、インバータ314の出力はトランジスタ336に供給されている。ORゲート301からの出力はA相コイルへの回生許可信号となり、CPUからA相充電指令「1」がアンドゲート306に供給されると、許可信号が「H」レベルの際にゲート306から「H」が出力され、トランジスタ330がオンする。すると、A相コイルに発生した逆起電力をA相起電力として充電手段に供給することができる。一方、CPUシステムからの充電指令信号が「0」=非回生時、又は、回生許可信号が「L」の時トランジスタ332がオンとなり、A相駆動ドライバ部へ駆動出力「H」が供給される。CPUは駆動体が駆動時或いは制動時(回生時)にあるかを判断して、A相充電切替部340に回生許可「1」又は非回生「0」を出力する。B相コイルについても同様である。符号360はB相充電切替部である。
Claims (3)
- 電動モータを他の駆動源と組み合わせた、被駆動体を駆動するための駆動システムと、この駆動システムから前記被駆動体に駆動力を伝達する機構と、前記電動モータの駆動と回生を制御する電動モータ動作制御回路と、回生エネルギを蓄電する蓄電機構と、蓄電制御回路と、前記被駆動体の動作を検出するセンサと、前記センサ出力に基づいて前記駆動システムに駆動制御信号を出力する運転制御装置と、を備え、
前記電動モータは、磁性体からなる移動体と複数相のコイルとを備えてなり、
前記運転制御装置は、前記被駆動体の運転状態に応じて前記コイル相の一つ又は複数を駆動用及び/又は回生用に制御し、
前記電動モータ動作制御回路は、前記センサ出力に基づいて得られた前記被駆動体の実速度を表す検出信号と基準信号とを比較する比較回路を備え、この比較結果に基づいて前記電動モータの駆動制御信号を形成してこれを前記電動モータの駆動回路に供給し、さらに、前記比較結果に基づいて前記回生制御信号を形成してこれを前記蓄電制御部に供給するように構成され、
前記比較回路は、前記検出信号と基準信号の位相を比較し、位相差に基づいて前記駆動制御信号又は回生制御信号を形成し、
前記運転制御装置は、前記比較回路による位相の比較結果に基づいて、前記複数相のコイルの一部を駆動用とし、他を回生用に同時に制御するものである駆動回生制御システム。 - 前記電動モータ動作制御回路は、前記位相差に基づいて前記駆動回路に供給される前記電動モータの駆動信号のデューティ比を決定し、前記位相差に基づいて前記蓄電制御部に供給される回生許可信号のデューティ比を決定してなる請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記コイル相毎に前記移動体に対する磁気センサを備え、前記電動モータ動作制御回路は、前記比較結果に基づいて前記磁気センサの出力に対するヒステリシスレベルを決定し、前記ヒステリシスレベルと前記磁気センサ出力から前記駆動回路に供給される前記電動モータの駆動信号のデューティ比を決定し、前記ヒステリシスレベルと前記磁気センサ出力から前記蓄電制御部に供給される回生許可信号のデューティ比を決定してなる請求項1記載のシステム。
