Abstract
【解決手段】水素ガスを貯蔵する水素貯蔵物質9を用いて水素ガスを貯蔵する水素貯蔵容器1であって、水素ガスが導かれるライナ開口部24を有して水素ガスを貯蔵する中空状のライナ2と、このライナ2の内側に配置されて水素貯蔵物質9を収容する中空状のサブタンク11と、このサブタンク11の内側に配置されて熱交換媒体が導かれる熱交換パイプ50と、ライナ開口部24に対してサブタンク11の端部を支持するサブタンク支持部17と、このサブタンク支持部17を貫通し熱交換媒体が導かれる熱交換媒体通路19とを備え、熱交換パイプ50のパイプ端部51がサブタンク支持部17に支持される構成とする

Description
・直円筒状のライナ2に一方のライナ端部22及びライナ開口部24を絞り加工によって形成する。
・ライナ2内にサブタンク11を介装し、このサブタンク11の一端をライナ開口部24にサブタンク支持部17を介して支持する。
・ライナ2に他方のライナ端部22及びライナ開口部24を絞り加工によって形成する。
・サブタンク11の他端をライナ開口部24にサブタンク支持部17を介して支持する。
・直円筒状の補強スリーブ4をライナ2に例えば圧入によって嵌合する。
・ライナ2に嵌合した直円筒状の補強スリーブ4の両端部を絞る成形加工を行う。

Claims (4)
- 水素ガスを貯蔵する水素貯蔵物質を用いて水素ガスを貯蔵する水素貯蔵容器であって、
水素ガスが導かれるライナ開口部を有して水素ガスを貯蔵する中空状のライナと、
前記ライナの内側に配置されて水素貯蔵物質を収容する中空状のサブタンクと、
前記サブタンクの内側に配置されて熱交換媒体が導かれる熱交換パイプと、
前記ライナ開口部に対して前記サブタンクの端部を支持するサブタンク支持部と、
前記サブタンク支持部を貫通し熱交換媒体が導かれる熱交換媒体通路とを備え、
前記熱交換パイプの端部がサブタンク支持部に支持されることを特徴とする水素貯蔵容器。 - 前記ライナが一対の前記ライナ開口部を有し、
前記サブタンクが一対の前記サブタンク支持部を介して前記ライナ開口部に両持ち支持され、
前記熱交換パイプの両端部が前記サブタンク支持部にそれぞれ支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素貯蔵容器。 - 前記熱交換パイプは、複数の管凸部が放射状に突出する断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水素貯蔵容器。
- 前記管凸部が前記熱交換パイプの長手方向について螺旋状に延びることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水素貯蔵容器。
