Claims (12)
- 給送装置(10)と排出装置(26)を備え、スタックをなして送られる複数の物体、とりわけ核燃料ペレット(6)を分離するための分離設備(2)であって、
前記給送装置(10)と前記排出装置(26)との間に位置する受渡し領域(38)内に、圧力ガスによって駆動される分離装置(24)が配置され、前記設備の運転中、前記送られる複数の物体が、1つずつ排出装置(26)に受け渡されるようにするため、意図的な圧力ガスパルスによって互いに分離されるようにしたことを特徴とする、
分離設備(2)。 - 前記分離装置(24)が圧力ガス管路(58)を介して圧力ガス源に接続されており、前記圧力ガス管路(58)内には、同期化手段によって前記給送装置(10)上の複数の物体の動きと同期させられる弁(62)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分離設備(2)。
- 前記分離装置(24)は、前記設備の運転中、分離すべき複数の物体が通される圧送管(42)を備えており、前記圧送管は、管壁(52)に形成されて、前記圧力ガス管路(58)に接続された複数いくつかの圧力ガス供給スロット(54)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の分離設備(2)。
- 前記複数の圧力ガス供給スロット(54)が、前記圧送管(42)のエンドゾーンに配置されており、前記エンドゾーンが前記排出装置(26)に面していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の分離設備(2)。
- 前記複数の圧力ガス供給スロット(54)が、前記加えられる圧力ガスパルスによって、給送されるスタックの搬送方向(12)における最前部の物体だけが常に搬送方向(12)に加速されてスタックから分離されるような配置及び寸法付与を施されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の分離設備(2)。
- 前記弁(62)が高速ソレノイド弁であり、持続時間が1ms〜50msの圧力ガスパルスを実現することができることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の分離設備(2)。
- 前記同期化手段は、前記設備の運転中、その光路が、排出側において前記圧送管(42)から出てくる前記複数の物体によって遮られる光バリア(64)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の分離設備(2)。
- 前記給送装置(10)は給送コンベアベルトを備え、前記排出装置(26)は排出コンベアベルトを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の分離設備(2)。
- 前記排出コンベアベルト(26)は、互いに一定の間隔をあけて配置された複数のプッシュピン(30)を有し、前記設備の運転中、それらのプッシュピンの間に前記分離される物体が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の分離設備(2)。
- 前記同期化手段は、前記プッシュピン(30)の瞬間位置を検出する位置検出器を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の分離設備(2)。
- スタックをなして送られる複数の物体、とりわけ核燃料ペレット(6)を分離するための方法であって、前記複数の物体のスタックが、圧力ガス管路(58)に接続され、管壁(52)に形成されたいくつかの圧力ガス供給スロット(54)を有する圧送管(42)に押し通され、個々の物体が、前記圧力ガス供給スロット(54)に圧力ガスパルスを加えることによって加速され、これにより、スタックから分離されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記送られるスタックが前記圧送管(42)に連続して押し込まれ、前記圧力ガスパルスが、少なくともほぼ周期的な時間間隔で加えられ、これにより、複数の物体の準連続的分離が実施されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
