Claims (5)
- (a)少なくとも1つの硬化性オリゴマー又はポリマーポリシラザンと、(b)少なくとも1つのフルオロケミカル化合物とを含む組成物であって、
前記少なくとも1つの硬化性オリゴマー又はポリマーポリシラザンは、
ケイ素−窒素結合、ケイ素−水素結合、炭素−炭素二重結合、窒素−水素結合、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1つの化学的反応性部位を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのフルオロケミカル化合物は、
(1)少なくとも1つの有機フッ素又はヘテロ有機フッ素部分、及び
(2)少なくとも1つの前記化学的反応性部位を通して前記硬化性オリゴマー又はポリマーポリシラザンと反応することができる少なくとも1つの官能基、を含む、組成物。 - (a)少なくとも1つの硬化性オリゴマー又はポリマーポリシラザンと(b)少なくとも1つのフルオロケミカル化合物とを含む組成物であって、
前記少なくとも1つの硬化性オリゴマー又はポリマーポリシラザンは、ケイ素−窒素結合、ケイ素−水素結合、炭素−炭素二重結合、窒素−水素結合、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1つの化学的反応性部位を含み、前記ポリシラザンは、以下の一般式を有する構造単位を含む主鎖を有し、
−[Si(Ra)(Rb)−N(Rc)]−

(2)少なくとも1つの前記化学的反応性部位を通して前記硬化性オリゴマー又はポリマーポリシラザンと反応することができる少なくとも1つの官能基であって、イソシアナト、イソチオシアナト、エポキシド、アミノ、オキサゾリノ、ヒドロキシル、メルカプト、ビニル、及び加水分解性シリル基、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される官能基、を含む、組成物。 - (a)(1)及び(2)を組み合わせる工程と、

(i)少なくとも1つの有機フッ素又はヘテロ有機フッ素部分、
(ii)前記少なくとも1つの化学的反応性部位を通して前記硬化性オリゴマー又はポリマーポリシラザンと反応することができる少なくとも1つの官能基、
(b)前記オリゴマー又はポリマーポリシラザン及び前記フルオロケミカル化合物を反応させて又は反応を誘導して、少なくとも1つの硬化性有機フッ素変性ポリシラザンを形成する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法によって調製される、硬化性有機フッ素変性ポリシラザン。
- 前記硬化性有機フッ素変性ポリシラザンが硬化されている、請求項4に記載の硬化性有機フッ素変性ポリシラザン。
