Claims (3)

(d)前記塗布された硬化性表面処理組成物を硬化して表面処理を形成することと、を含むプロセス。 - 前記硬化性表面処理組成物が、
C3F7O(CF(CF3)CF2O)nCF(CF3)−C(O)NH−(CH2)3Si(Y)3、C3F7O(CF(CF3)CF2O)nCF(CF3)−(CH2)3−S−(CH2)3Si(Y)3、又はこれらの組み合わせ(式中、各Yは独立してヒドロキシル基、加水分解性基、又はこれらの組み合わせであり、nは3〜50である。)の式で表される前記(1)のポリフルオロポリエーテルシランと、
