Description
負極10、11または正極20、21としては、集電体10、20に活物質11、21が塗布されたものを使うことができ、このような塗布方法としては、一般的なコーティング方法が適用可能であり、具体的には、電気メッキ(electroplating)または陽極酸化処理(anodic oxidation process)方法が使用可能であるが、活物質を含む電極スラリーを押出機を通じて押出コーティングする方法を使用して製造することが望ましい。

- 所定形状の横断面を有し長手方向に延長された2以上の負極が平行に配置された内部電極と、
上記内部電極を囲んで充填された、イオンの通路になる電解質層と、
上記電解質層の外面を囲む、所定形状の横断面を有するパイプ型の正極である外部電極と、
上記外部電極の周りに配置される保護被覆とを含むケーブル型二次電池。 - 所定形状の横断面を有し長手方向に延長された2以上の正極が平行に配置された内部電極と、
上記内部電極を囲んで充填された、イオンの通路になる電解質層と、
上記電解質層の外面を囲む、所定形状の横断面を有するパイプ型の負極である外部電極と、
上記外部電極の周りに配置される保護被覆とを含むケーブル型二次電池。 - 上記負極の断面は、円形または多角形であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のケーブル型二次電池。

- 上記負極活物質層は、炭素質材料;リチウム含有チタン複合酸化物(LTO);Si、Sn、Li、Zn、Mg、Cd、Ce、NiまたはFeである金属類(Me);上記金属類(Me)からなる合金類;上記金属類(Me)の酸化物(MeOx);及び上記金属類(Me)と炭素との複合体;からなる群より選択された何れか一つの活物質粒子またはこれらの中で2種以上の混合物を含む活物質からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記正極活物質層は、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMn2O4、LiCoPO4、LiFePO4、LiNiMnCoO2、及びLiNi1-x-y-zCoxM1yM2zO2(M1及びM2は、互いに独立して、Al、Ni、Co、Fe、Mn、V、Cr、Ti、W、Ta、Mg、及びMoからなる群より選択された何れか一つであり、x、y及びzは、互いに独立して、酸化物組成元素の原子分率であって0≦x<0.5、0≦y<0.5、0≦z<0.5、x+y+z≦1である)からなる群より選択された何れか一つの活物質粒子またはこれらの中で2種以上の混合物を含む活物質からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記集電体は、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素、銅;ステンレススチールの表面にカーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理したもの;アルミニウム‐カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理した非伝導性高分子;もしくは伝導性高分子;によって製造されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記導電材は、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリ窒化硫黄、ITO、銀、パラジウム、ニッケル、及び銅のうち選択された1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記伝導性高分子は、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、及びポリ窒化硫黄のうち選択された1種の化合物または2種以上の混合物の高分子であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記集電体は、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素、銅;ステンレススチールの表面にカーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理したもの;アルミニウム‐カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理した非伝導性高分子;もしくは伝導性高分子;によって製造されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記導電材は、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリ窒化硫黄、ITO、銀、パラジウム、ニッケル、及び銅のうち選択された1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記伝導性高分子は、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、及びポリ窒化硫黄のうち選択された1種の化合物または2種以上の混合物の高分子であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記電解質層は、PEO、PVdF、PMMA、PANまたはPVACを使用したゲル型高分子電解質;もしくは、PEO、PPO、PEI、PESまたはPVAcを使用した固体電解質;のうち選択された電解質からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記電解質層は、リチウム塩をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 上記リチウム塩は、LiCl、LiBr、LiI、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiB10Cl10、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3、LiCF3CO2、LiAsF6、LiSbF6、LiAlCl4、CH3SO3Li、CF3SO3Li、(CF3SO2)2NLi、クロロボランリチウム、低級脂肪族カルボン酸リチウム、及びテトラフェニルホウ酸リチウムのうち選択された1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
