Description
[項1]
上端面を備えた凹凸構造を有する集電体;
前記集電体における凹凸構造の上端面以外の部分の外側に位置するリチウム金属層;
前記リチウム金属層の外側に位置する電子非伝導性保護層;及び
前記集電体の凹凸構造の上端面に位置するか、または、前記集電体の凹凸構造の上端面と前記リチウム金属層の上側と前記電子非伝導性保護層の上側とに位置する、リチウムイオン隔離層を含み、
前記電子非伝導性保護層が、リチウムイオンを伝達し気孔のない無孔層と、前記無孔層の外側に位置する高分子多孔性層と、を含むリチウム金属電極。

前記凹凸構造が、集電体の上方に形成された突部、及び前記突部の側面に形成された溝部を備える項1に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項3]
前記突部の垂直断面が四角形、台形型及び十字型のうち選択された1種以上の形態であり、前記溝部の垂直断面が半円形、扇形型、三角形、四角形及びダンベル型のうち選択された1種以上の形態である項2に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項4]
前記無孔層が、無機固体電解質及び電解液膨潤性高分子を含む項1から項3のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項5]
前記無機固体電解質と前記電解液膨潤性高分子とが70:30~98:2の重量比で含まれる項4に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項6]
前記無機固体電解質が、酸化物、リン酸塩、窒化物、硫化物またはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む項4又は項5に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項7]
前記電解液膨潤性高分子が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリアクリル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、セルロース、炭水化物、ポリオールまたはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む項4から項6のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項8]
前記無孔層が、Al2O3、SnO2、Cu3N2、CeO2、MgO、NiO、CaO、ZnO、ZrO2、Y2O3、TiO2、SiC、Li3Nまたはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む非誘電性無機物をさらに含む項4から項7のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項9]
前記高分子多孔性層が、電解液膨潤性を有する多孔性構造の高分子フィルムから構成された項1から項8のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項10]
前記電解液膨潤性を有する多孔性構造の高分子フィルムがスポンジ型ポリウレタンを含む項9に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項11]
前記電子非伝導性保護層が1~1,000μmの厚さを有する項1から項10のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項12]
前記電子非伝導性保護層で前記無孔層が1~500nmの厚さを有する項1から項11のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項13]
前記リチウムイオン隔離層が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタンまたはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む項1から項12のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウム金属電極。
[項14]
カソード、アノード、前記カソードとアノードとの間に介在されたセパレータ及び電解液を含むリチウム二次電池において、
前記アノードが項1~項13のうちいずれか1項に記載のリチウム金属電極であるリチウム二次電池。
[項15]
前記リチウム二次電池が、円筒型、角形、パウチ型、フレキシブル型またはコイン型である項14に記載のリチウム二次電池。
[項16]
内部集電体、及び前記内部集電体の外側を囲むリチウム-含有内部電極層を備えた内部電極;
前記内部電極の外側を囲み、無機固体電解質と電解液膨潤性高分子を含む無孔層と、前記無孔層の外面を囲む高分子多孔性層と、を備えた電子非伝導性保護層;
前記電子非伝導性保護層の外側を囲む電子非伝導性支持体;
前記電子非伝導性支持体の外側を囲む分離層;並びに
前記分離層の外側を囲む外部電極層、及び前記外部電極層の外側を囲む外部支持体を備えた外部電極;を含むフレキシブル二次電池。
[項17]
前記無機固体電解質が、酸化物、リン酸塩、窒化物、硫化物またはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む項16に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
[項18]
前記電解液膨潤性高分子が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリアクリル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、セルロース、炭水化物、ポリオールまたはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む項16又は項17に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
[項19]
前記電子非伝導性支持体が前記電子非伝導性保護層の外側を囲む巻線されたワイヤ型支持体であり、前記巻線されたワイヤ型支持体の厚さが100μm~3mmであり、前記巻線されたワイヤ型支持体の巻線間の間隔が1μm~1cmである項16から項18のうちいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
[項20]
内部集電体、及び前記内部集電体の外側を囲むリチウム-含有内部電極層を備えた、2以上の内部電極;
前記2以上の内部電極それぞれの外側を囲む無孔層、及び前記無孔層の外面を囲む高分子多孔性層を備えた電子非伝導性保護層;
前記電子非伝導性保護層の外側を囲む電子非伝導性支持体;
前記電子非伝導性支持体の外側を囲む分離層;並びに
前記分離層の外側を囲む外部電極層、及び前記外部電極層の外側を囲む外部支持体を備えた外部電極;を含むフレキシブル二次電池。

Claims (5)
- 内部集電体、及び前記内部集電体の外側を囲むリチウム-含有内部電極層を備えた内部電極;
前記内部電極の外側を囲み、無機固体電解質と電解液膨潤性高分子を含み、1~500nmの厚さを有する無孔層と、前記無孔層の外面を囲む高分子多孔性層と、を備えた電子非伝導性保護層;
前記電子非伝導性保護層の外側を囲む電子非伝導性支持体;
前記電子非伝導性支持体の外側を囲む分離層;並びに
前記分離層の外側を囲む外部電極層、及び前記外部電極層の外側を囲む外部支持体を備えた外部電極;を含むフレキシブル二次電池。 - 前記無機固体電解質が、酸化物、リン酸塩、窒化物、硫化物またはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む請求項1に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記電解液膨潤性高分子が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリアクリル、ポリアミド、ポリウレタン、セルロース、炭水化物、ポリオールまたはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記電子非伝導性支持体が前記電子非伝導性保護層の外側を囲む巻線されたワイヤ型支持体であり、前記巻線されたワイヤ型支持体の厚さが100μm~3mmであり、前記巻線されたワイヤ型支持体の巻線間の間隔が1μm~1cmである請求項1から請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 内部集電体、及び前記内部集電体の外側を囲むリチウム-含有内部電極層を備えた、2以上の内部電極;
前記2以上の内部電極それぞれの外側を囲み、無機固体電解質と電解液膨潤性高分子を含み、1~500nmの厚さを有する無孔層、及び前記無孔層の外面を囲む高分子多孔性層を備えた電子非伝導性保護層;
前記電子非伝導性保護層の外側を囲む電子非伝導性支持体;
前記電子非伝導性支持体の外側を囲む分離層;並びに
前記分離層の外側を囲む外部電極層、及び前記外部電極層の外側を囲む外部支持体を備えた外部電極;を含むフレキシブル二次電池。
