Claims (28)
- 一つ以上の第1内部電極、前記第1内部電極の外面を囲んで形成され、電極の短絡を防止する第1分離層、及び前記第1分離層を囲んで螺旋状に巻き取って形成されたシート型の第1外部電極を含む第1電極組立体と、
前記第1電極組立体を囲んで形成され、電極の短絡を防止する第3分離層と、
前記第3分離層の外面を囲んで形成された一つ以上の第2内部電極、前記第2内部電極の外面を囲んで形成され、電極の短絡を防止する第2分離層、及び前記第2分離層を囲んで螺旋状に巻き取って形成されたシート型の第2外部電極を含む第2電極組立体と、を含むことを特徴とする多層のケーブル型二次電池。 - 前記第1内部電極は、一つ以上のワイヤ型の内部電極が互いに平行に配置されるか、2つ以上のワイヤ型の内部電極が捩り合って配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第2内部電極は、一つ以上のワイヤ型の内部電極が前記第3分離層の外面を螺旋状に巻き取って形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1内部電極及び前記第2内部電極の少なくとも一方が、内部集電体及び前記内部集電体の表面に形成された内部電極活物質層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記シート型の第1外部電極及び前記シート型の第2外部電極の少なくとも一方が、一方向に延びたストリップ構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記シート型の第1外部電極及び前記シート型の第2外部電極の少なくとも一方が、互いに重ならないように螺旋状に巻き取って形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記シート型の第1外部電極及び前記シート型の第2外部電極の前記少なくとも一方が、前記シート型の外部電極の幅の2倍以内の間隔を置いて互いに離隔し、重ならないように螺旋状に巻き取って形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記シート型の第1外部電極及び前記シート型の第2外部電極の少なくとも一方が、互いに重なるように螺旋状に巻き取って形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記シート型の第1外部電極及び前記シート型の第2外部電極の前記少なくとも一方は、前記互いに重なる部分の幅が前記シート型の外部電極の幅の0.9倍以内になるよう螺旋状に巻き取って形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1外部電極及び前記第2外部電極の少なくとも一方が、外部集電体と、前記外部集電体の内側の面に形成された外部電極活物質層と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1外部電極及び前記第2外部電極の前記少なくとも一方が、前記外部電極活物質層の内側に形成された多孔性の第1支持層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1支持層の外側に、導電材及びバインダーを備える導電材コーティング層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1支持層の外側に、無機物粒子とバインダー高分子との混合物から形成された多孔性コーティング層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1外部電極及び前記第2外部電極の前記少なくとも一方は、前記外部集電体の外側の面に形成された第2支持層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1分離層、前記第2分離層、及び前記第3分離層の少なくとも一つが、巻き取られた構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1内部電極及び前記第2内部電極が負極または正極であり、前記第1外部電極及び前記第2外部電極が前記第1内部電極及び前記第2内部電極に相応する正極または負極であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第2電極組立体の外面を囲むように形成された保護被覆をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記多層のケーブル型二次電池が、一つ以上の第1内部電極及び一つ以上の第2内部電極を含み、前記第1内部電極は、内部に空間が形成されている中空型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1内部電極及び第2内部電極が、それぞれ独立的に、螺旋状に巻き取られた一つ以上のワイヤ型の内部集電体、または螺旋状に巻き取られた一つ以上のシート型の内部集電体を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1内部電極及び第2内部電極が、互いに交差するように螺旋状に巻き取られた2つ以上のワイヤ型の内部集電体を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1内部電極及び第2内部電極は、それぞれ独立的に、内部電極活物質層が内部集電体の全表面に形成されるか、または、内部電極活物質層が巻き取られた内部集電体の外面を取り囲んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1内部電極及び第2内部電極が、内部電極活物質層の表面に形成された高分子支持層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1内部電極の内部に形成されている空間に、内部電極集電体コア部、電解質を含むリチウムイオン供給コア部、または充填コア部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部電極集電体コア部が、カーボンナノチューブ、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素または銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理されたステンレス鋼;アルミニウム−カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理された非伝導性高分子;または伝導性高分子で製造されたことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記リチウムイオン供給コア部が、ゲル状ポリマー電解質及び支持体を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記リチウムイオン供給コア部が、液体電解質及び多孔性担体を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記充填コア部が、ワイヤ、繊維状、粉末状、メッシュまたは発泡体形状を有する高分子樹脂、ゴム、または無機物を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1外部電極及び前記第2外部電極の少なくとも一方が、外部集電体と、前記外部集電体の内側の面に形成された外部電極活物質層と、前記外部集電体の外側の面に形成された多孔性の支持層と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層のケーブル型二次電池。
