Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明に係る二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置は、クランクケースの内部を浄化するためのパージガスを供給するパージガス供給部と、パージガス供給部からクランクケースの内部にパージガスを供給する経路を提供する供給ラインと、供給ラインに設けられ、パージガスの供給を開閉する開閉ユニットと、クランクケースに排気のために設けられる排気ラインと、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (11)
- 二重燃料エンジンのクランクケースを浄化する装置であって、
前記クランクケースの内部を浄化するためのパージガスを供給するパージガス供給部と、
前記パージガス供給部から前記クランクケースの内部にパージガスを供給する経路を提供する供給ラインと、
前記供給ラインに設けられ、パージガスの供給を開閉する開閉ユニットと、
前記クランクケースに、排気のために設けられる排気ラインと、
を含む二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。 - 前記クランクケースの内部に存在する燃料ガスを検出する検出部をさらに含む請求項1に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。
- 前記検出部は、
前記クランクケースに接続されるサンプリングチューブと、
前記サンプリングチューブを介して前記クランクケースからガスを抽出するポンピングユニットと、
前記サンプリングチューブに設けられ、前記クランクケースから抽出されるガスに含まれた燃料ガスを感知するガスセンサと、
を含む請求項2に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。 - 前記サンプリングチューブは、
前記クランクケースの内部に位置する先端に潤滑油が付着することを遮断するためのカバーが設けられる請求項3に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。 - 前記ポンピングユニットは、
前記パージガス供給部から供給されるパージガスによって生じる内部と外部との間の圧力差を利用して前記クランクケースからガスを抽出するイジェクタを含む請求項3に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。 - 前記ポンピングユニットは、
前記サンプリングチューブに設けられ、前記クランクケースからガスを抽出するためのポンピング力を提供する抽出ポンプを含む請求項3に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。 - 前記検出部は、
前記サンプリングチューブの前記ガスセンサの前端に設けられ、前記クランクケースへの火炎伝達を遮断するフレームアレストをさらに含む請求項3に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。 - 前記検出部は、
前記サンプリングチューブのて前記ガスセンサの前端に設けられ、前記クランクケースから抽出されるガスに含まれたオイルミストを分離するミスト分離器をさらに含む請求項3または請求項7に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。 - 前記検出部は、
前記ミスト分離器により分離されたオイルミストを前記クランクケースに再供給する再供給ラインをさらに含む請求項8に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。 - 前記ガスセンサから出力される感知信号を受信して前記開閉ユニットを制御する制御部をさらに含む請求項3に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記サンプリングチューブに設けられ、前記クランクケースから抽出されるガスの量を感知する流量センサと前記ガスセンサから出力される感知信号とをそれぞれ受信し、前記クランクケースから抽出されるガスに含まれた燃料ガスの量や濃度をディスプレイ部に表示する請求項10に記載の二重燃料エンジンのクランクケース浄化装置。
