Abstract
Description
前記結合成分を弾性重合体フィルム、接着剤およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択し、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質の中の少なくとも一方に布層を含有させ、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質を一緒にして縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される選択した伸縮方向を含め、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質の中の少なくとも一方に独立して縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択した方向に伸縮する伸縮性ヤーン構造物を含有させ、
前記弾性成分を前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質に接着させて結合を形成させ、そして
選択した伸縮方向における前記弾性成分とヤーンの間の前記結合が最小限になるようにする。
前記1番目の基質は技術的表面と技術的裏面を含む相対する側面を有する布を含有して成り、
前記2番目の基質は布または発泡体を含有して成り、
前記弾性成分はポリウレタン、ポリウレタン尿素、ポリオレフィンおよびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択されるフィルムもしくは接着剤を含有して成り、
前記弾性成分が前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質と接着して結合を形成していて前記1番目の基質の前記技術的表面または前記技術的裏面の中の少なくとも一方が縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される選択された方向に伸縮するヤーン構造物を含有し、
前記選択された方向に伸縮するヤーン構造物と前記弾性成分の結合は最小限である。
前記弾性成分は弾性ポリオレフィンおよびポリウレタンから成る群より選択した重合体フィルムであり、
前記布層は縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される選択した伸縮方向を含み、
前記布層は前記選択された伸縮方向に伸縮する伸縮性ヤーン構造物を含有し、
前記弾性成分が前記布層に接着して結合を形成しており、そして

Claims (26)
- 1番目の基質、2番目の基質および前記1番目の基質と前記2番目の基質の間に位置する結合成分を含有して成る製品であって、
前記結合成分が弾性重合体フィルム、接着剤およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択され、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質の中の少なくとも一方が布層を含有し、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質が一緒に縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される選択された伸縮方向を含み、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質の中の少なくとも一方が独立して縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される方向に伸縮する伸縮性ヤーン構造物を含有し、
前記弾性成分が前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質に接着して結合を形成しており、そして
選択された伸縮方向における前記弾性成分とヤーンの間の前記結合が最小限である、
製品。 - 前記結合成分がポリウレタン、ポリウレタン尿素、ポリオレフィンおよびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される弾性フィルムである請求項1記載の製品。

- 前記接着剤が不連続付着を構成している請求項1記載の製品。
- 前記不連続付着が点、垂直線、水平線、斜線、波線、ジグザグ線、格子およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される請求項4記載の製品。

- 接着も結合も存在しない時に前記1番目の基質、弾性成分および2番目の基質が示すモジュラスの合計の1.5倍に等しいか或はそれ以下のモジュラスを示す請求項1記載の製品。
- 接着も結合も存在しない時に前記1番目の基質、弾性成分および2番目の基質が示すモジュラスの合計の2倍より低いモジュラスを示す請求項1記載の製品。
- 衣類を含んで成る請求項1記載の製品。
- 前記衣類が上半身に着る服、下半身に着る服、靴下、シームレス衣類、頭に着用するもの、下着および手袋から成る群より選択される請求項10記載の製品。
- 前記接着剤がホットメルト接着剤、反応性ポリウレタン、シアノアクリレート、エポキ
シ、ポリ酢酸ビニル、プラスチゾル、熱可塑性プラスチック、シリコーン、水性ポリウレタン尿素分散体およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される請求項1記載の製品。 - 1番目の基質、2番目の基質および前記1番目の基質と前記2番目の基質の間に位置する弾性成分を含有して成る製品であって、
前記1番目の基質が技術的表面と技術的裏面を含む相対する側面を有する布を含有して成り、
前記2番目の基質が布または発泡体を含有して成り、
前記弾性成分がポリウレタン、ポリウレタン尿素、ポリオレフィンおよびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択されるフィルムもしくは接着剤を含有して成り、
前記弾性成分が前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質と接着して結合を形成していて前記1番目の基質の前記技術的表面または前記技術的裏面の中の少なくとも一方が縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される選択された方向に伸縮するヤーン構造物を含有し、
前記選択された方向に伸縮する前記ヤーン構造物と前記弾性成分の結合が最小限である、製品。 - 前記選択された伸縮方向に伸縮する前記ヤーン構造物が主に前記1番目の基質の技術的表面に存在しそして前記弾性成分が前記1番目の基質の技術的裏面に接着している請求項13記載の製品。
- 前記選択された伸縮方向に伸縮する前記ヤーン構造物が主に前記1番目の基質の技術的裏面に存在しそして前記弾性成分が前記1番目の基質の技術的表面に接着している請求項13記載の製品。
- 前記選択された伸縮方向に伸縮する前記ヤーン構造物が主に前記1番目の基質の技術的表面に存在しそして前記弾性成分が前記1番目の基質の技術的裏面に接着している請求項13記載の製品。

製品。 - 布層および弾性成分を含有して成る製品の製造方法であって、
弾性ポリオレフィンおよびポリウレタンから成る群より選択した重合体フィルムとして前記弾性成分を準備し、
縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される選択した伸縮方向を含みかつ前記選択した伸縮方向に伸縮する伸縮性ヤーン構造物を含有する布層を準備し、
前記弾性成分と前記布層を接着させることで結合を形成させ、そして
前記弾性成分と前記選択した伸縮方向に伸縮するヤーン構造物の間の前記結合を最小限にする、
ことを含んで成る方法。 - 更に前記弾性成分を追加的基質と接着させる段階も含んで成る請求項24記載の方法。
- 1番目の基質、2番目の基質および前記1番目の基質と前記2番目の基質の間に位置させる結合成分を準備することを含んで成る製品製造方法であって、
前記結合成分を弾性重合体フィルム、接着剤およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択し、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質の中の少なくとも一方に布層を含有させ、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質を一緒にして縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される選択した伸縮方向を含め、
前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質の中の少なくとも一方に独立して縦方向、横方向およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択した方向に伸縮する伸縮性ヤーン構造物を含有させ、
前記弾性成分を前記1番目の基質および前記2番目の基質に接着させて結合を形成させ、そして
選択した伸縮方向における前記弾性成分とヤーンの間の前記結合を最小限にする、
ことを含んで成る方法。
