Abstract
Description
共単量体として、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)またはクロロトリフルオロエチレン(CTEF)が次の含量で含まれたポリフッ化ビニリデン系共重合体(PVDF−HFP共重合体、PVDF−CTFE共重合体)とポリフッ化ビニリデン系単独重合体をそれぞれ準備した。
比較例1、実施例1及び実施例3の重合体をゲル形成なしで多様な溶媒に最大限溶かすことが可能な量を測定し、結果を表2に示した。
比較例1と実施例の高分子10gを様々な溶媒100gに溶かすときの相対的な溶解度を測定し、結果を表3に示した。
比較例1の単独重合体と実施例の共重合体を、溶媒(MEKとDMFの3:1混合溶液)と共にプライマー層が形成されているポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板にコートした後、150℃の温度で乾燥させ、剥離強度(Peel Strength)を測定し、結果を表4に示した。
実施例1のPVDF共重合体とPMMA添加剤の比率を多様に調節して混合溶媒(DMF:MEK=3:1)に溶解させて製造したコーティング液を、プライマー層の形成されているポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板にコートした後、160℃と200℃の温度で乾燥させ、剥離強度(Peel Strength)を測定し、結果を表5に示した。
実施例1のPVDF共重合体とPMMA添加剤を混合溶媒(DMF:MEK=3:1)に溶解させて製造したコーティング液を、プライマー層の形成されているポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板にコートした後、160℃の温度で乾燥させる条件で乾燥時間による剥離強度を測定し、結果を表6に示した。
実施例2のPVDF共重合体とPMMA添加剤を混合溶媒(DMF:MEK=3:1)に溶解させて製造したコーティング液を、プライマー層の形成されているポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板にコートした後、150℃以上の多様な温度範囲での剥離強度を測定し、結果を表7に示した。
実施例2及び実施例3のそれぞれのPVDF共重合体とPMMA添加剤を混合溶媒(DMF:MEK=1:1)に溶解させて製造したコーティング液を、プライマー層の形成されているポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板にコートした後、160℃と130℃の温度で剥離強度を測定し、結果を表8に示した。
実施例2のPVDF共重合体とPMMA添加剤を沸点の低いアセトン溶媒に溶解させて製造したコーティング液を、プライマー層が表面に形成されているポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板にコートした後、160℃以下の多様な温度範囲での剥離強度を測定し、結果を表9に示した。
実施例2のPVDF共重合体、PMMA添加剤及び二酸化チタン(TiO2)充填剤(filler)を混合溶媒(DMF:MEK=1:1)に溶解させて製造したコーティング液をポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)基板にコートした後、160℃と220℃の温度で剥離強度を測定し、結果を表10に示した。
Claims (22)
- 1)基材層、及び2)樹脂層を含む太陽電池バックシートにおいて、
前記樹脂層は、前記基材層の少なくとも一面に備えられ、結晶化度50%以下のポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系重合体を含むことを特徴とする、太陽電池バックシート。 - 前記ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系重合体は、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)、クロロトリフルオロエチレン(CTFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)、トリフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン、パーフルオロブチルエチレン、パーフルオロプロピルビニルエーテル(PPVE)、パーフルオロエチルビニルエーテル(PEVE)、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(PMVE)、パーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソル(PDD)、及びパーフルオロ−2−メチレン−4−メチル−1,3−ジオキソラン(PMD)よりなる群から選ばれる共単量体の含量が5〜50重量%のポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系共重合体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 1)基材層、及び2)樹脂層を含む太陽電池バックシートにおいて、
前記樹脂層は、前記基材層の少なくとも一面に備えられ、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)、クロロトリフルオロエチレン(CTFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン(TFE)、トリフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフルオロイソブチレン、パーフルオロブチルエチレン、パーフルオロプロピルビニルエーテル(PPVE)、パーフルオロエチルビニルエーテル(PEVE)、パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル(PMVE)、パーフルオロ−2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソル(PDD)、及びパーフルオロ−2−メチレン−4−メチル−1,3−ジオキソラン(PMD)よりなる群から選ばれる共単量体の含量が5〜50重量%のポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系共重合体を含むことを特徴とする、太陽電池バックシート。 - 前記共単量体の含量が10〜30重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系重合体の結晶化度が10〜50%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記太陽電池バックシートが、前記基材層の少なくとも一面に、前記ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系重合体を含む溶液をコートすることにより製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系重合体の重量平均分子量が50,000〜1,000,000であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系重合体の融点が80〜175℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記樹脂層が、メチルメタクリレート(MMA)、グリシジルメタクリレート(GMA)、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(HEMA)、及びシクロヘキシルマレイミド(CHMI)よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む重合体をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記樹脂層が顔料及び充填剤の少なくとも1種をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記樹脂層が250℃以下の温度で乾燥したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記樹脂層が100℃以上180℃以下の温度で乾燥したことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記基材層が金属基材または樹脂層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記樹脂層がポリエステル系樹脂層であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記樹脂層の厚さが5〜100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記基材層と前記樹脂層との間にプライマー層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記太陽電池バックシートは、前記基材層の一面に前記樹脂層が備えられ、前記基材層の他の一面には接着層及び絶縁層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 前記絶縁層がエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)層であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の太陽電池バックシート。
- 1)基材層を準備する段階と、
2)結晶化度が50%以下のポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)系重合体を含む樹脂層の材料を沸点200℃以下の溶媒に溶解させてコーティング液を製造する段階と、
3)前記コーティング液を前記基材層の少なくとも一面に塗布し、250℃以下の温度で乾燥させることにより樹脂層を形成する段階とを含んでなる、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項による太陽電池バックシートの製造方法。 - 前記基材層上に樹脂層を形成する前に、プライマー層を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の太陽電池バックシートの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂層が前記基材層の一面にのみ備えられる場合、前記基材層の他の一面に接着層及び絶縁層を順次形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の太陽電池バックシートの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項による太陽電池バックシートを含む太陽電池。
