Abstract
【解決手段】二軸に延伸した透明PETやOPSフィルムの間にジグザグ状に配列された銀ペーストを形成した後、発熱に優れたCNTインクを面状にコーティングすることによって、短時間に温度を上昇させ、断絶や火災から安全で、且つ消費電力の少ない面状発熱体を提供する。

Claims (8)
- 炭素ナノチューブで構成される発熱層を含む発熱シート。
- 上側から基材フィルム層、電極層、炭素ナノチューブ発熱層、フィルム層、粘着剤層及び保護材層を含む、請求項1に記載の発熱シート。
- 上側から基材フィルム層、電極層、炭素ナノチューブ発熱層、フィルム層、粘着剤層及び断熱材層を含む、請求項1に記載の発熱シート。
- 炭素ナノチューブは、金属をドーピングした炭素ナノチューブであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の発熱シート。
- 金属は銀であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の発熱シート。
- 炭素ナノチューブ発熱層の両側面に銅薄膜層が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の発熱シート。
- 銅薄膜層と電極層との間に伝導性粘着剤が使用されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の発熱シート。
- 基材フィルム層とフィルム層は二軸延伸フィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の発熱シート。
