[02]本発明は、洗浄及び/又は脱水組成物並びに方法に関する。

[49]界面活性剤−溶媒の組合せを用いる場合には、乾燥、ドライクリーニング、及び撥汚性付与(界面活性剤を存在させるドライクリーニングの結果としてか、或いは撥汚剤として界面活性剤を直接施すことによる)においては、例えば固体基材を乾燥した後に少量の界面活性剤が残留することが注記される。通常は、この残留界面活性剤は界面活性剤の単分子層である。

[53]500重量ppmのペルフルオロアルキルピリジニウムのオクチルフェニル酸ホスフェート塩(5,856,286の実施例2において製造された界面活性剤)を含む35mLの溶媒:1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロ−1−プロペンを、冷却コイルを取り付けた100mLのビーカー内に配置することによって、本発明の溶媒−界面活性剤組成物の水置換における性能を評価した。溶液を沸騰させ、冷却コイルによって溶媒蒸気をビーカーに閉じ込めた。無水状態まで湿分を減少させた2つの316ステンレススチールの試験片を、水中、次に沸騰試料溶液中に浸漬した。試験片から水を置換するのに必要な時間を記録した。5秒間の最小観察時間を選択した。
[57]5重量%のメタノール溶媒を含む35mLの1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロ−1−プロペン溶媒を、冷却コイルを取り付けた100mLのビーカー内に配置することによって、本発明の溶媒−溶媒組成物の水置換における性能を評価した。溶液を沸騰させ、冷却コイルによって溶媒蒸気をビーカーに閉じ込めた。無水状態まで湿分を減少させた2つの316ステンレススチールの試験片を、水中、次に沸騰試料溶液中に浸漬した。5秒間の最小観察時間を用いて、試験片から水を置換するのに必要な時間を記録した。溶媒アルコールブレンドは基材から水を完全に除去することができた。
Claims (20)
- 有効量の少なくとも1種類のヒドロフルオロ−オレフィン又はヒドロクロロフルオロ−オレフィン溶媒、並びに、ヒドロフルオロ−オレフィン又はヒドロクロロフルオロ−オレフィン溶媒中に可溶の少なくとも1種類の疎水性フッ素含有界面活性剤を含む組成物。
- 界面活性剤が、式I又は式II:
であり、但しR1、R2、及びR3基の1以下は水素であり、nは1〜16であり、RfはCmF2m+1(ここで、mは2、4、6、8、10、又は12である)
である)
を有する請求項1に記載の組成物、又はかかる界面活性剤組成物の混合物。 - nが2、3、又は4である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- n=2であり、Rfが約6〜8の平均m値を有するα−フルオロポリジフルオロメチレンである、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 界面活性剤が4−tert−オクチルフェニル一酸ホスフェートのオリゴマーペルフルオロアルキルピリジニウム塩、4−tert−オクチルフェニル二酸ホスフェートのオリゴマーペルフルオロアルキルピリジニウム塩、或いはこれらの混合物である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 界面活性剤が、式III又は式IV:
であり;R4はC1〜C18ペルフルオロアルキルであり;nは1〜4であり;R5、R6、及びR7は、同一であっても異なっていてもよく、H、線状又は分岐のC1〜C16アルキル、フルオロアルキル、又はアルキルアリール基、又は

を有する請求項1に記載の組成物、又はかかる界面活性剤の混合物。 - 界面活性剤が、オクチルフェニル(一)酸ホスフェートのジエチルメチル1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロペルフルオロデシルアミン塩、オクチルフェニル(二)塩ホスフェートのジエチルメチル1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロペルフルオロデシルアミン塩;オクチルフェニル(一)酸ホスフェートのジメチルベンジル1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロペルフルオロデシルアミン塩、及びオクチルフェニル(二)酸ホスフェートのジメチルベンジル1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロペルフルオロデシルアミン塩;オクチルフェニル(一)酸ホスフェートのジエチルベンジル1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロペルフルオロデシルアミン塩、及びオクチルフェニル(二)酸ホスフェートのジエチルベンジル1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロペルフルオロデシルアミン塩;からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- オクチルフェニル酸ホスフェートのジエチルメチル1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロペルフルオロデシルアミン塩、又はオクチルフェニル酸ホスフェートのジメチルベンジル1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロペルフルオロデシルアミン塩である、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- ジメチルメチルアミン塩であり、R4がC8〜C16である、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- ジメチルベンジルアミン塩であり、R4がC8〜C16である、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- ヒドロクロロフルオロ−オレフィン溶媒として1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロ−1−プロペンを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 基材を請求項1に記載の溶媒−界面活性剤組成物と接触させ、次に物品から溶媒界面活性剤組成物を除去する工程を含む、基材の表面を乾燥する方法。
- 物品を請求項1に記載の溶媒−界面活性剤組成物に接触させ、次に物品から溶媒界面活性剤組成物を除去する工程を含む、物品をドライクリーニングする方法。
- 布帛を請求項1に記載の溶媒−界面活性剤組成物に接触させるか又は曝露し、布帛から溶媒を除去する工程を含む、布帛に撥汚性を与える方法。
- 有効量の少なくとも1種類のヒドロフルオロ−オレフィン又はヒドロクロロフルオロ−オレフィン、及びアルコールから選択される少なくとも1種類の溶媒を含む組成物。
- 溶媒が、メタノール、エタノール、及びイソプロパノールからなる群から選択される、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 基材又は物品を請求項16に記載の組成物と接触させ、次に基材又は物品から組成物を除去する工程を含む、基材の表面を乾燥するか又は物品をドライクリーニングする方法。
- 布帛を界面活性剤及び請求項16に記載の組成物に接触させるか又は曝露し、次に組成物を除去して布帛の表面上に界面活性剤を残留させる工程を含む、布帛に撥汚性を与える方法。
