Abstract
【解決手段】無線電力伝送方式で電気エネルギーを供給する無接点電力送信装置(100)の充電デッキに置かれる物体を感知して、無接点電力受信装置(200)が置かれた場合だけ、電力送信及びデータ通信ができるようにすることで、受信側の状態を正確に認識して、効率的に電力を制御することができる。また、無接点電力受信装置(200)に供給される電力を測定して、お互いに異なる二つのコアで送出される無線電力信号の出力電力を制御することで、安定的な充電が成り立つことができる。特に、無接点電力受信装置(200)が無接点電力送信装置(100)上で移動をする場合でも、安定的に電力を供給できるようにした。

Claims (15)
- 2次側コア部を備えた無接点電力受信装置に無線電力伝送方式で無線電力信号を送出する1次側コア部を備えた無接点電力送信装置において、1次側コア部に負荷変化が感知されれば、1次側コア部を通じて要請信号の出力時点から、前記の要請信号に対応する応答信号の受信時点までのディレータイム(Delay time)を測定して基準待機時間と比べた後、基準待機時間より測定時間が短い場合、当該の物体が異物であると判断して、基準待機時間より測定時間が長い場合、当該の物体が正常な無接点電力受信装置と判断して無線電力信号を送出することを特徴とする無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の無接点電力受信装置は、前記の無接点電力送信装置から伝送された無線電力信号を受信して基準電圧と比べた後、前記の比較結果に対応して設定されたデューティー比(Duty rate)に基礎して生成されたパルス信号を無接点電力送信装置に送って、前記の無接点電力送信装置は、伝送されたパルス信号に対応して送出される無線電力信号の強さを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の無接点電力受信装置は、ACモジュレーション(Modulation)方式に変換されたAC信号のコードデータを2次側コア部を通じて送受信するID送信部を備えて、前記の無接点電力送信装置は、前記のコードデータが1次側コア部に受信されれば、前記の1次側コア部に印加されるDC信号からAC信号のコードデータを抽出するフィードバック回路部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の無接点電力受信装置は、前記の2次側コア部の電力受信コアと並列に繋がれてDC信号成分をとり除くキャパシター(Capacitor)を備えて構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の無接点電力受信装置は、ドレーン端子が前記のキャパシターと直列で繋がれたMOSFETをさらに備えて、前記のID送信部は、前記の比較結果に対応して設定されたデューティー比(Duty rate)に対応して、前記のMOSFETの動作電圧を前記のMOSFETのゲート端子に入力することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記のフィードバック回路部は、前記の1次側コア部の一側端と電気的に繋がれてDC信号成分をとり除くRCフィルター回路と、前記のRCフィルター回路と電気的に繋がれるOP−AMPを備える増幅回路を備えて構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の1次側コア部は、第1電力送信コア及び第2電力送信コアを備えるが、前記の第1電力送信コアの一部分と第2電力送信コアの一部分が重なる重畳領域を持つ複層構造で構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 2次側コア部を具備した無接点電力受信装置に無線電力伝送方式で無線電力信号を送出する1次側コア部をもつ送信モジュールを備える無接点電力送信装置において、前記の送信モジュールは、無線電力信号の送出のための制御モジュールが搭載される基板が本体ケースの内部に備えられて、前記の基板の上部に遮蔽版が備えられて、前記の遮蔽版の上部には一部分が重なる重畳領域を持つように構成された第1電力送信コア及び第2電力送信コアが前記の制御モジュールと電気的に繋がれるように備えられて、前記の本体ケースの一側面に充電状態を表示するための発光素子が前記の制御モジュールと電気的に繋がれるように備えられて、前記の本体ケースの上部には無接点電力受信装置が置かれるカバーが結合されることを特徴とする無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の第1電力送信コア及び第2電力送信コアの中の少なくとも一つを折曲形成して、前記の第1電力送信コアの重畳領域が、前記の第2電力送信コアの重畳領域の上部または下部に位する複層構造で構成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の重畳領域は無接点電力受信装置に具備される無線電力受信用コアの幅より大きくて、第1電力送信コア及び第2電力送信コアの幅より小さいように形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の送信モジュールは、他の送信モジュールがスライド移動されて脱付着できるように結合される挿入部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の送信モジュールは、前記の本体ケースがモニター用支え具であることを特徴とする請求項8ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の送信モジュールは、モニターに具備される電源供給ポートに繋がれて当該のモニターの動作に使われる電源の供給を受ける電源ケーブルをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の電源ケーブルは、常用電源をモニターに供給する分岐型電源ケーブルに繋がれることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
- 前記の送信モジュールは、本体ケースの他の一側面にノート・パソコンのODD(Optical Disk Drive)用連結ポートに結合される連結端子を備えて、前記の連結端子が基板に搭載された制御モジュールと電気的に繋がれることを特徴とする請求項8ないし請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の無接点電力送信装置。
