Abstract
Description
a)ポリアミドおよび場合によってはポリエーテルアミドを基礎とするポリマー成形材料を準備し、この場合ポリアミドの末端基は、少なくとも50%、有利に少なくとも60%、特に有利に少なくとも70%、殊に有利に少なくとも80%、全く殊に有利に少なくとも90%がアミノ末端基として存在し、ポリアミドの割合は、10〜99質量部、有利に20〜95質量部、特に有利に30〜90質量部、殊に有利に40〜85質量部であり、およびポリエーテルアミノの割合は、0〜90質量部、有利に0〜80質量部、特に有利に0〜70質量部、殊に有利に0.1〜60質量部であり、
b)ポリアミド成形材料と、少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物ならびにポリエーテルアミドを含有するマスターバッチとからなる混合物を製造し、この場合マスターバッチ中のポリエーテルアミドの割合は、1〜90質量部、有利に5〜80質量部、特に有利に10〜70質量部、殊に有利に15〜60質量部であり、
その際、a)のポリアミドの質量部、a)のポリエーテルアミドの質量部およびb)のポリエーテルアミドの質量部の総和は、100であり、ポリエーテルアミドの末端基は、少なくとも50%、有利に少なくとも60%、特に有利に少なくとも70%、殊に有利に少なくとも80%、全く特に有利に少なくとも90%がアミノ末端基として存在し、
c)この混合物を場合によっては貯蔵しおよび/または運搬し、
d)この混合物を剪断下に溶融液中で混合し、および
e)溶融混合物を搬出し、および固化することを含む、ポリアミドに対して0.005〜10質量%の少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物でのポリアミド成形材料の縮合下に成形材料または成形部材を製造する方法によって解決された。

可塑剤:BBSA、POBO。
耐衝撃剤:ポリブタジエン、EPM、EPDM、HDPE、アクリレートゴム、NBR、H−NMR。
静電防止剤:カーボンブラック、炭素繊維、黒鉛フィブリル、鋼繊維、多価アルコール、脂肪酸エステル、アミン、酸アミド、第四級アンモニウム塩。
他のポリマー:ABS、ポリプロピレン。
溶融液は、例えば水浴の冷却および引続くストランドの造粒によってストランドとして搬出される。引続き、得られた成形材料は、成形部材に後加工されることができる。
溶融液は、異形成形材として、例えば管として押し出される。
この溶融液は、管に造形され、この管は、被覆のために管上に施こされる。
この溶融液は、シートまたは板として押し出され;これらのシートまたは板は、引続き場合によっては一軸または二軸で延伸されおよび/または金型断片の周囲に巻き付けられることができる。これらのシートまたは板は、後加工前に深絞り成形されてもよい。
この溶融液は、プリフォームに押し出され、このプリフォームは、引続き吹込成形法で成形される。
この溶融液は、射出成形法で形成部材に加工される。
PA12:NH2基56ミリ当量/kgおよびCOOH基16ミリ当量/kg;25℃でm−クレゾール中の0.5質量%の溶液として測定した、EN ISO 307に記載の粘度数:220ml/g。顆粒は、全体量に対してCeasit(登録商標)PC0.1質量%を含有する。
PEA:次の成分から製造したポリエーテルアミド:
ラウリンラクタム47.452kg
ドデカン二酸4.781kg
Elastamine(登録商標)RP−2005 42.767kg
次亜燐酸0.095kg(50%の水溶液として)。
生成物は、以下の物性値を有していた:
NH2基26ミリ当量/kg
COOH基11ミリ当量/kg
EN ISO 307に記載の粘度数:200ml/g。
Brueggolen(登録商標)M1251:低粘稠なポリカーボネートと酸末端基を有するPA6との混合物。
Ceasit(登録商標)PC:ステアリン酸カルシウム。
型式Werner & Pfleiderer ZSK 30の二軸押出機上で、240℃で次の材料を溶融液中で混合し、押出し、および造粒した:
PEA 96.9質量部、
Brueggolen(登録商標)M 1251 3.0質量部および
Ceasit(登録商標)PC 0.1質量部。
三帯域軸を備えおよびL=25Dを有する、ライフェンホイザー社の型式50の一軸押出機上でPA12 75質量部とマスターバッチ25質量部との顆粒混合物を250℃で加工し、2.9mmの肉厚および32mmの外径を有する管として押し出した。
Claims (11)
- 次の工程:
a)ポリアミドを基礎とする成形材料を準備し、この場合ポリアミドの末端基は、少なくとも50%がアミノ末端基として存在し、ポリアミドの割合は、10〜99質量部であり、
b)ポリアミド成形材料と、少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物ならびにポリエーテルアミドを含有するマスターバッチとからなる混合物を製造し、この場合マスターバッチ中のポリエーテルアミドの割合は、1〜90質量部であり、
この場合ポリアミドの質量部およびポリエーテルアミドの質量部の総和は、100であり、ポリエーテルアミドの末端基は、少なくとも50%がアミノ末端基として存在し、
c)この混合物を場合によっては貯蔵しおよび/または運搬し、
d)この混合物を剪断下に溶融液中で混合し、および
e)溶融混合物を搬出し、および固化することを含む、ポリアミドに対して0.005〜10質量%の少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物でのポリアミド成形材料の縮合下に成形材料または成形部材を製造する方法。 - ポリアミドを基礎とする成形材料は、付加的にポリエーテルアミド0.1〜90質量部を含有し、この場合a)のポリアミドの質量部とa)のポリエーテルアミドの質量部とb)のポリエーテルアミドの質量部との総和は、100であり、ポリエーテルアミドの末端基は、少なくとも50%がアミノ末端基として存在する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 生じる成形材料または生じる成形部材は、ポリアミド10〜99質量部およびポリエーテルアミド1〜90質量部を含有し、この場合ポリアミドの質量部とポリエーテルアミドの質量部との総和は、100である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 多成分系成形部材の場合、請求項1または2の記載により製造された成形材料からなる成分は、ポリアミド10〜99質量部およびポリエーテルアミド1〜90質量部を含有し、この場合ポリアミドの質量部とポリエーテルアミドの質量部との総和は、100である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 生じる成形材料または生じる成形部材は、ポリアミドとポリエーテルアミドとの混合物を少なくとも50質量%含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリエーテルアミド中にコモノマーとして含有されているポリエーテルジアミンは、200〜5000g/molの分子量の質量平均を有し、ポリエーテルアミドに対するポリエーテルジアミンの割合は、4〜60質量%である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- マスターバッチ中の少なくとも2個のカーボネート単位を有する化合物の濃度は、0.15〜50質量%である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項の記載により製造された成形材料。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項の記載により製造された成形部材。
- 成形部材が異形成形材、板またはシートである、請求項9記載の成形部材。
- 成形部材がライナー、ガス導管、海洋掘削用導管の層、海底導管または供給導管、精油所の導管、油圧導管、化学薬品用導管、ケーブル通路、ガソリンスタンド供給導管、通気用導管、空気吸い込み管、タンク注入接続管、貯蔵容器または燃料タンクである、請求項9または10記載の成形部材。
